I struggled at first, but realized I was in the "New Outlook Program". Once I switched back to the classic version, your instructions absolutely made sense...good job!!!
I maintain a club list and I am just returning to Outlook after many, many years with gmail. This tutorial was quick and spot on. I appreciate the focused lesson. Thank you!
Thanks @Intellezy Learning. Just wondering if you add or remove members from the group contact list, will this automatically update to the existing template?
Thanks for the tip. I attached the template file into a recurring calendar series which saves a few seconds when you want to load the email template. Not a big fan of Outlook but that's what my new company uses.
Hi, the quickest way to open the template is to save it in desktop and open it from there directly. If you have multiple templates you can create a folder in desktop. This works for me the best.
Thank you for this video I like using the templates. But now I am having an issue were I cannot save the oft file type. All I get is Text only, HTML or MHT for file type. Do you know how I can fix this? Using most current version of Outlook. Thank you.
@@NickZoran i found it in you have to compose a new email and at the bottom where you can insert a bunch of things click on the 3 dots and it will say my templates, there you can make a template
I just can't understand why it's such a long drawn out process to load a template, it's supposed to be a time saver! :) a keyboard shortcut or something would be great. But this video was great, explained exactly what I was trying to figure out.
nice, it would be nice to have a follow up saying where we can store email templates in folders that aren't so deep...like in an Outlook folder even? That would be nice!
The process to create the template is fine, but in my case I’d like to use a template to send 300 messages that are mostly the same, and going through the steps to pull up the template is too much.

This is awesome but is there anyway to bookmark the template? Navigating back to the template is a little cumbersome and I send out 100+ emails daily
Is there any way to do this in new outlook?

I really liked the way you explained this. Do you have to video to explain how to delete it in the same area
this great. One questions thought, does anyone know how to reply from an email using templates? Can't seem to find a way.
This was excellent and exactly the type of quick assistance that I needed. Keep up the excellent work!
is it possible to add it to ribbon? or to somehow make it just with one click ?
