I am using a desktop Outlook v 10. I want to delete all of my contacts and then import a new set. How can Ii do this? I know how to export to a CSV file and import from one. How do I delete all of my existing contacts? I can I keep both an then toggle back and forth?

I figured out my problem this is not for Android or a phone. This is only for a computer. I'm sorry but you are going way, way too fast. Your words aren't as big of a problem as the way you move the mouse around. Also I'm having trouble finding the file menu when I have my file open. Edit: okay, I think I understand now. When you say go into Google Docs that is different than being in Google Drive itself? See that is where it is confusing me and that is something that you could explain a little better. Do you open the Google Docs program, can you without being in Google drive?

Hi, i'm having trouble of the conversation is showing emails from other subjects. The sender and people in cc are the same, but different subjects. I've even file them into different folders, but eventually, it appears in the conversation from a different subject and different folder. How should i reset this?

I can't seem to find how to change the chronological order of a thread within an email conversation. I'm trying to print the email thread for a project and need it in chronological order starting from the first email. Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?

First there is no such thing as any useful feature in outlook 365. the program is designed to make every task hard to do then in the past.

Do I have to have to have Word to open it and then upload to google docs?

Why there is an option for Never send a read receipt? You can just simply uncheck read receipt confirmation the recipient viewed message.
