Are you into Oil of Wintergreen yet aka Methyl Salicylate? The stuff is fricken awesome at softening hardened rubber/carb boots. I'm using it 3:1 as a soak with water. Sometimes the rubber puffs up a little at first but then it settles back down after a few hours as the stuff migrates through the center and evaporation helps even it back out. Also -- do not put it on carb diaphraghms. They are too thin and kinda soften/melt too much, plus they never need softening anyway.

(Missing heaps plus needs a new tank)
I know it’s a lie… but it’s my first attempt at a cafe racer and the bike was in my budget at the time.
I have zero mechanical experience but I am a welder, so building a frame/brackets will be easy.
Guess the first buy before tank and carby should be a workshop manual.
Any tips for building my first ever cafe racer seeing as I have zero mechanical experience
Love watching your videos, very motivating 👏
Good job bro
Thank ya!
Sounds nice that 👌
🤘🤘
Nice work.
Thank you!
I have heard and seen much about it but just haven't tried yet
