I appreciate the review. Played this game to completion in ‘01, and still looking forward to playing it again. I hope Square gives this treatment to Xenogears, SaGa Frontier 2, and Vagrant Story.
Thanks! I do love this game, and this was a great opportunity to revisit it. I wish they'd tightened up things technically a bit more, but I also understand that it is likely VERY COMPLICATED to do with a game this old. As for the other ports, we can hope! They keep saying the want to do their entire back catalogue (It's relatively easy money!) ~Greg
The biggest perk with this game is that it gives people a lot more access to play this game, personally for me since I own the original ps1 copy that is probably the only way I'll be able to play it since I'm currently out of the present day gaming scene and I'm more focused on playing all the titles I missed out on instead of playing newer titles. Still if this title sells well it could give square enix more motivation to remaster many more of its titles that were introduced on the ps one.

6:32 tbf ring ring land gives super rare materials that no monster drops regardless of their levels, where you can obtain only at the ringring land like Nemesis Rock Aerolite material, and others even said they got Biella rock
I love that idea. Ring Ring land being a companion app. Normally I wouldn't dig a companion app but that does seem to be a perfect fit for it's adaptation into the game. As always great job on the review.
