    I used fermented idly batter as mentioned in passing since I didn't have chilli stalks. Also added a couple of slit green chillies. The curd that resulted after an overnight fermentation was the best vegan curd I've had so far. Thank you. And so easy too☺️.

    thank you very much. EXCELLENT VIDEO PROVIDING MORE FOOD CHOICES WITH H EALTH.
    THIS FOOD IS ALSO GOOD FOR DIABETICS. AND asthma and sinus people can use this curd daily except at night. Those of the western countries having allergy to peanuts should not take this. they can go for almond milk or cashew milk or coconut milk or milk from germinated wheat sprouts ;
    YOU can prepare tasty yummy chocolate drinks by using these plant based milk , adding with palm jaggery or palm candy powder or brown unrefined sugar!! but buy cacao 98% from organic shops and not bakery or supermarkets.

    • @DrKhadarLifestyle

      *Structured water*
      *By immercing a copper plate (measurement 4" x 12") into mud or steel pot (with full water filled) for 7 hours or full night, we can prepare structured water. We can use this water for drinking and cooking. Copper plate helps in removing plastic nano particles and other impurities from water.*
