The comfort of the known, the familiar is always more alluring. Then there is the fear of the unknown that change can bring. We just need to remember the change that is occurring isn't a direct attack on us, and to embrace what it brings with faith that things work out for the best allowing us to grow into greater, kinder beings. Thank you John for these key remainders, love your meditation vids! So calming and comforting! May this year be a brighter, healthier year for all 🙏🏼💙

Your meditations are bar far the best on TH-cam. A mix of guided and alone time has been so helpful and also the chance to pick a subject relevant to present feelings. I hope you continue to post regularly. You don’t get the views you deserve but I can see by the comments, you are really helping people.

The gift inside the change I fear but need to embrace is that I will naturally live life to the fullest in the present moment. It's that simple. Thank you again John, I knew you could help me see this more clearly. You are amazing 💚

    Dear John,
I started my meditation journey with your goodfull videos 1year ago and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the content you put out 😇the amount of time, care and love you invest in each video is truly felt with each session!the only anchor throughout the pandemic has been your videos.during testing times your words have been subconsciously there to guide me,responding to a situation rather than reacting to it,setting my intention and paying attention to NOW all these little pearls of wisdom has made me evolve so much.as a healthcare professional I have to deal with patients during there most vulnerable times, your deep breath exercises and asking them to pay attention to there breath works like a charm and the number of patients who are astonished with how smooth there procedure went ,is simply because of you.just wanted to let you know that the numbers on many channels might create the buzz but please remember the impact you are creating by making the world a better place is unmatchable, from a gittery impulsive teen to a person who not just “controls emotions” but is aware and is mindful about what going inside and around me NOW ,I owe my transformation to you.
So so grateful for your existence!sending you all the amazing vibes you deserve!
    Thank you🤗

Thank you so much for this wonderful meditation🙏My father passed away two weeks ago and I feel totally depressed! I can’t connect my inner self anymore and it makes me feel bad! I don’t know what to do!!!Maybe this meditation was not exactly what I need now but your voice makes me calm every time 🙏 God bless you🕊

I appreciate the kind words. Thank you for sharing about your loss. My condolences. Be kind to yourself. Sometimes when I can’t connect, or feel like I’m stuck, I remind myself that maybe n that moment I don’t need to do anything. Allowing myself the space and time to rest is also self care 😊 Be well.

I would call it "psychological grounding", as the content of mediation is highly professional and touches deep psychological basis, it's not just playing with imagination of the listener.
