    Listening to your videos on intrusive thoughts and depression gave me the feeling of being hugged, they got me through a really dark patch

    I actually felt every single bit of it and I knew I should start meditating cause i used to do it as a child but this was a whole new experience

      Thank you for watching! You can use many different things as an anchor, like the connected feeling of your feet on the floor for example. I’d recommend trying several things and seeing what works best for you. Be well 😊

      He came with the name Barney. Beagles are known to be escape artists. The fence has been rebuilt!
