Ease Self-Doubt, Imposter Syndrome | John Davisi | Guided Meditation

  • It’s estimated that 70% of adults may experience imposter syndrome in their lifetime. And one of the biggest triggers of it happens when our accomplishments, or perceived lack thereof, are pointed out. With social media, it’s so easy to compare ourselves with others and perceive ourselves, our lives, our dreams, as not good enough.
In this session, we return back to the truth. Your journey, your dreams are not only valid, they are your birthright. They are the expression of your authenticity, joy, and gifts you have to share with the world. It’s part of your purpose.

John, you’ve outdone yourself again. Didn’t know I needed this today. I have a request. Could you leave an extra 10-15 seconds of music after the video? As soon as the video is over I get slammed by some loud ads.

    Hi John,
I've been an addict for probably a third of my life and i'm nearly a month clean again. This video has really resonated with me as ive struggled with self doubt even beyond with awful anxiety about school and what other people will think of me for even absurd unreasonable outcomes. This is your best video yet. I can see your teachings doing great things and maybe even turning this video into a series even of longer videos. Thanks so much for doing these without ads. Really great.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge of the human condition. It allows me to then be able to be more self aware. I don't have the words to express just how much you have helped me these few months.

Thank you for another wonderful session. I coupled your words with the Paced Breathing app. The combination helps me get the best from meditation and breath work. I very much appreciate these new releases each Monday. So very generous of you.

I am speechless and can only give my greatest thanks to you for this wonderful meditation. I read the other comment about the 10-15 seconds of just music and actually wanted to comment the same. It would just give us enough time to turn off the phone and rethink all the wonderful things you said.

This is so beautiful, made me cry. Thank you so much for your work...I have been dealing with this exact problem since high school..and whenever I am stressed out which is often due to uni it comes out again. I just discovered your meditations and I cannot be happier that I did.

I can't find the form to submit and contact with you. Don't know why.
I want to have a 5 minutes conversation with you wich i think can help me a lot. I would be so grateful if you can do this for me. And I'm already so grateful for every meditation. ❤
