  • Allowing rest is a practice. In this world of “always connected, always on” - feeling a pressure to do more, deliver more, achieve more, can be intense. And as we push ourselves, our bodies to move through, we tend to push off the idea of resting to a later point. We aren’t used to resting. And while sleep can bring rest, it’s not always guaranteed. But if we allowed ourselves to rest more often when we needed it, we would actually be more balanced, more clear, and creative. In this session, we allow in the rest we need.

    thank you so much i’ve been so hard on myself throughout the years, which has caused me to pay attention to the stories my mind plays.
    This then causes neck and mind tension in which i get caught in a cycle of trying too hard.
    This allowed me to stop trying and to just be.

    Great work John. I am the same way with pushing off rest. I have found recently that I have been pushing it off too much. Your meditations always come at the right time! God bless

    Beautiful mediation sir joah I'm glad but i still feel tired and lost and insecurity i wanna discover my imotional state and want to be more focused with my life and dreams how deep i should be what mediation is good for me idk but everything is good Thanks alot :)
