@@DJsGarage you ever get a hitch mounted bike carrier? Ive transferred bikes hundred of times and thousands of miles with them and they are rock solid.
While part of the intake noise might be because of the valves, the majority of it is due to the airbox being on the front of the bike. I have pretty much the same bike (2016 yz450f) and they’re known for a lot of front intake noise because of how that airbox is shaped. Also timing is pretty simple once you have it down. Take out that small plug on the left side and make sure the arrow is lining up on the flywheel, then make sure the cam lobes are set right. They should be facing each other (intake cam should be a little higher than exhaust cam) and there will be 27 timing chain pins between the timing dots on the cam. These bikes are practically bulletproof once they’re setup right. Also I’d recommend the Cycra powerflow plastics, they slim the bike down a lot and update the look while allowing more airflow into the intake.
You are my true inspiration. Because of you I got into wanting to build dirtbikes and fix them up thank you so much keep up the good work
Heck yeah. Keep it up 👍

Can timing effect no spark situation
@@5thgearpinned450 unlikely. The spark comes from the coil and stator on the left side of the the engine. If no spark, I’d always try a new plug first
@@5thgearpinned450 there should be spark no matter what. Timing is just when it sparks so it ignited the fuel. Tdc should be where the spark is
