    Yea I need to get in therapy because anxiety really ruined my life and I wanna overcome it already, I've been battling it for 9 years. Hardest part is leaving the house worrying about having a insane panic attack . It's super embarrassing

    I've been taking ashwagandha and L theanine specifically for crippling anxiety I've been fighting for years. The pair have truly changed my life over the last month. I also take maypop (passionflower) and kava kava for bed and it's lovely.

    How would you treat anxiety caused by peri menopause?

      kinda depends on the approach the person wants to take, sometimes I recommend progesterone, other times chinese herbal formulas, often herbs like ashwaganda are helpful in this case. And its always accompanied with exercise, nutrition, meditation/stress management etc.. I usually would start with ordering a DUTCH Plus test to take a look at hormones.
