    Finally! Somebody who did the correct cutoff voltage! Congratulations. I grow weary of those poor souls who think that a 12 volt battery is fully charged at 12 volts. Well done.

    This would be very handy for keeping generator batteries charged. An AC transformer would be nice to get the 13.8 DC voltage needed to power the charger. Great job!

    What does the cap between the wiper on the source voltage Potential divider to Gnd achieve? Likewise, what is achieved by putting that diode in line with the 393 output pull-up resistor.
    I've made one of these without either of those components to switch off the output from a battery pack to prevent over-discharge and it works fine without them.

    Devre güzel eline sağlık. fakat cutoff 14v olarak ayarlama yapıldığında aküye giden enerji kesiliyor ve akü gerilimi düşüyor sonra tekrar açılıyor kapanıyor bu şarj olana kadar sürüyor devreyi geliştirmek lazım.

    The 1N4007 diode in the transistor base circuit will not allow the transistor to conduct and activate the relay. The diode is the wrong way round. The circuit will not work.

    Nice charger circuit. Once the battery reaches its max charging level it disconnects the charging current to battery, however if charger continues to be energized and charged battery looses its charge, this circuit will no be able to self-reconnect charging current to battery, unless the charger gets reset via unplugging or deenergized, and then reconnected again.

    Olá, primeiro mil desculpas, comentei e consultei em inglês pois achei que era o seu idioma. Eu estava tentando aquele seu circuito de carregamento de bateria de 12 volts com dois zeners, não funcionou para mim porque coloquei um zener de 5,1 volts e 3,3 volts, que era o que eu tinha, mas não houve respostas para minhas perguntas e agora Eu sei porque. Bem, isso me fez investigar ainda mais seu canal e achei isso mais fácil na aparência. Duas perguntas: uma é que modificação deve ser feita para carregar uma bateria de 3,7 volts? E segundo, gostei da ideia de desacoplar a carga com o PC817, poderia ser adaptado para este circuito? Felicidades

    attempted to make this circuit using Lm339 (comparator ) and it does not work. so far schematic is missing capacitor from wiper potentiometer to ground and the 47k between diode and V+ and BC547 base. still after fixing this does not work so i am at a loss what it can be. trying to get it to work based on video but still not working yet.

      Input voltage offset of 339 is 1V, in case of 393(used here) is 2V maybe you must adjust zener + potentiomenter + R2 to get that offset.

      Hocam kolay gelsin arkadaş 220 de şarj edecek herhalde siz dc den yaptınız bu devre ile araç alternator ünden jel 150 a 2 adet akü şarj edilebilirmi.

      @@ufukylmaz8411 Evet şarj edebilirsin. Siz 12 V 80Ah yazmıştınız. 2 Adet 12 V 80 Ah olsaydı 10 Saatte şarj edebilirdiniz. 150 Ah olunca 20 Saatte şarj edebilirsiniz. Cihaz 2*80 Ah Şarj cihazı olarak tasarlamıştım Fakat isteğinize özel Şarj akımını 16 Ampere çıkartabilirim.

Bana sorarsanız Ac akımla da şarj yapıbilir derim.

    Not battery full .
    Only Constant current charging finished.
    Next constant voltage charging start .
    Circuit should sense current flow through battery not voltage of battery .
    2.7 amps gradually decrease upto 270 ma (1/10) then battery full .
    0.05 ohms current sense resistor series with battery.
    Comparator compare voltage across 0.05 ohms resistor and reference voltage ( in range of milli volt) .

      This charging method is especially required for lithium batteries. With lead acid batteries, all you have to worry about is overcharging, which produces explosive hydrogen. That's why cutoff circuits like this exist.

      Onu sende yapabilirsin Potla ayarla ayardan sonra Potun ayarladığın durumdaki direnç değerini ölç O değerde Direnci potun yerine tak.

    А зачем портить микросхему обрезать выводы можно применить и одноканалбный усилитель или сделать зарядку на 2 акумулятора
