    Güzel olmuş ancak sadece, o küçük akülerde kullanılır. Değeri büyük olan akülerde her ne kadar Irfz44 55A datasheet verisi olsa da bu şartlarda yanar. Devre tam bir mosfet canavarına dönüşebilir. Zira birisi yanlış anlayıp mesela 100A sulu akü bağlasa, akım sınırlayacak bir geri besleme yok. Ancak fikir vermek amaçlı oldukça güzel olmuş.

      Correct schematic posted in the description there is a minor mistake in the video The 1 K resistor feeding the green led is faulty (R1) The correct value should be 100 K sorry for a drawing error problem

    I see that the Zenners are 10 Volts and not 12, I understand. I'm going to lower voltage from an 18 volt solar panel and with it I'm going to charge battery to see how the circuit behaves. Thanks so much.

      where the zener is the limit determinant. but the method is a little different so 10 volts was used, it could be 11 volts maximum If you put a 12 volt zener, the output voltage will turn off around 18 volts and the battery may be damaged. you can calculate it yourself with a simple multiplication calculation

    Zafer kardeşim bir de seri bağlı bisiklet aküleri için, dolduğunda kesecek bir devre yapabilirmisin? Sei bağlı akülerde bazı aküler zayıf kaldığı zaman yüksek voltaja maruz kalıyor ve böylevce aküler şişiyor.

    Ben bu piyasada yeniyim ve siz değerli büyüklerime bir sorum olucak 12 volt bir güneş panaliyle bu devreyi kurup şarj etmek mi mantıklı ve kolay olur, yoksa 12 volt güneş panaline invertör bağlayıp 220 voltla şarj etmek mi daha mantıklı olur. Yardımcı olursanız sevinirim

    I love your circuits very much, but this is the second video that has confusing content ( or rather missing) content. Your diagram differs from the actual circuit your;e building. Cap (100 mF 25V) between GND and the mosfet's S is missing on your drawing schematic??
    On a previous battery charging circuit (LM358) , your schematic shows a BD139 at the output stage, but the circuit you made in the video you use a BD140??? Why these mistakes? It's confusing at times....

      Si el circuito no puede encender el led porque la resistencia de 100k en serie solo puede suministrar microamperios la de insertar una resistencia entre el cátodo del led verde y la salida de la fuente es correcta te recomiendo que sustituyas la resistencia por una resistencia de 3k9 para que la corriente que pase por el led sea de 5mA , el circuito simulado con LTSPICE funciona con Zener de 10v bajo prueba de una onda rectificada de 0 a 25v
      la resistencia limitadora de 1k5 puede ser la culpable variándola entre 1k y 1k5 se consigue que el circuito funcione correctamente para suministra 1v al pc817c

    en el esquema viene una de 1k pero he simulado el circuito con ltspice y funciona con 100k
    lo que me ha dejado confundido 🤔

      si la salida sera 0.9v menor a la tension de corte con el circuito propuesto la tension de corte es de 14.8 v con un zener de 9.1 volts sera 13.9 voltios aproximadamente porque la tension del
      transistor IRFZ44N es de 4.1 voltios vs = Vz + 4.1v

      también depende de la corriente de salida 9.1 + 4.1 = 13.2 v en vacío , con una resistencia de carga de 47 ohmios la salida es 300ma

      Tekmosfet ile 5 amperden sonraz zorlar ama paralel mosfet ile gücü artırmak mümkün

    Role ile yapılsa, istenilen voltaj gelince role şarjı kesse, daha güzel olmaz mı? Yüksek amperlerde daha sağlam olur gibi.
