On June 11, 2023, Gordon Greene Roshi presented Manawa Zen: A Form of Zen Training Born in Hawaii. He discussed some of the ways in which native Hawaiian spirituality shaped his Zen training. He was the editor for a recent publication - Kekua’s Daughter (choseizen.org/store/kekuas-da...) - that describes the origins of Manawa Zen, a form of training being developed by Shim Roshi.
