I became very interested in this form/method of Hara training. I"ve been teaching a form of self developed method, Finnshindo. A part of the method is based on developing not just practice in Hara, but intentionally stay in Hara all the time, in different stages atleast and on demand. I was watching this excellent webinar, it makes so much sense! I noticed that I can go into Intentional Hara Breathing) really fast, I never realized it could be hard to do. I`m really interested in learning more!

In the exercise you’re doing at min 57 to feel the hara, are you pulling your belly in as you exhale or are you keeping it extended? And are you contracting pelvic and navel muscles as you breathe out or both in and out?

Wonderful commentary by Dr. Ashton. Please get your throat checked out for possible polyps or allergies. You might need a throat chakra cleanse to resolve it. Good job on concentrating despite the dinosaurs in cement shoes roaming around upstairs. :) Blessings and health to you.
