The best thing about the car scene in 00's was meeting up at a service station with your car club and then driving up to Santapod or some other venue. Barely anyone knew each other but you were guaranteed to come out meeting some one new with the same interest as you. Got to love that. Do people still do that these days ? I was in my early twenties back then and I haven't been to any car shows in nearly a decade now.
