This is the best sound I've ever heard out of this piece of crap. Congratulations!

The timbrewolf isn't actually crap but more like one of those stories where the main actress, at one point, drops the glasses and lets down her hair to reaveal it she is a real stunner. Plus she plays her own reveal music at the same time 😉

@@rejectedsynths lol I dunno . It's more like a horror movie where the killer werewolf turns out to be a weakling that transforms into a toothless puppy that can't even growl properly and has no attack or sustain. 😆

This is good. The TW would also be a great fit for the Vermona Perfourmer.

The TW with its individual outputs is a classic example of why you should buy more multi effects units :-)

Thats exactly what I did when I recorded my Wolf Jam video, spicing up things with fx adds a whole new layer of opportunity

@@rejectedsynths With the TW, effects are mandatory! The only other synth I owned that absolutely needed effects (because it to was crap) was the Spectral Audio Syntrack. Quite good for bass but NOTHING else. It was supposed to be a 303 alternative, but it had an 18db filter built around LM13600. What few knobs it had, all sent midi control data and the filter cc was either 12bit or 16bit (can't remember which)....If you find one, buy it at your own peril :-)

Defy anyone to cite any synth including by Moog, Sequential etc that sounds this "analog". This sure had a growl

People tend to forget that old school analog sounds wonky and drifting because it's, well, analog...😁

@@rejectedsynths I had one and sold it a couple of years ago because I was going to buy a Vermona Perfourmer, which I still haven't but I miss the Timbre Wolf. Once you made sure it didn't distort too much it just sounded perfect. And that sequencer and three modes were just ace. I got used to setting those four voices identical in poly mode then tweaking one voice at a time. It was so fat sounding!

To be sure the lack of LFO and mod wheel and more range was just frustrating

a poor man's Perfourmer and very cool. Too bad it got such a bad rap

Bad rep keeps the price down 😉👌
