For my map mod I use the Atlas 4 mod which is a little vanilla friendlier, I personally prefer this one so you might like this over Xaeros world map if you think it's kinda cheaty.
Indium is unnecessary with the new Sodium 0.6 on 1.21. For Xaero’s Minimap, you can also click “y” to disable it and change all of the settings in-game.

I’m not sure, I haven’t tried it out but there’s a chance it will work. I did notice some problems with replay mod where the character animation resource packs sometimes glitch so you may run into problems there with flashback :)

Why you got nvidium installed? Its disabled when you use shaders.
I play the majority of the game without shaders, just turn them on to record
i may be stupid but i cant find a 1.21 version of better vanilla building overlays
There currently isn’t one, but the older versions will work fine :)

Nvidium doesn't work at all when shader are on
That’s how it works. It uses mesh shaders which can’t be used with shaders. No way around this.
