- i got the free screen replacement from samsung. i paid only the tax. if anyone facing the same issue, Contact Samsung india ASAP without delay @SamsungIndia

Bro lets build up a group to collectively inform samsung. I am facing same issue here. I have contacted CEO thru their website. Will update further in this
its a good idea to build up a group. they told me to submit it to service center for check up. i cant understand what shld i do. service center deny to provide free replacement.

@@sebasxzi Samsung has confirmed (via Yash Rathore) that it will offer free screen replacement to Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy Note 20, and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra units that have been affected by the green/pink line issue.
i have s21ultra, i also got free screen replacement from samsung.
No more samsung for me.

Well, Samsung ignoring screen issues after software updates in M series phones, while S series users get free replacements for the same problem. Why the disparity?
Updates are meant to destroy our perfectly working phone to boos their sales. 😂😂😂.

Same sht with me, 1 pink line appeared on the middle of the screen and now it's starting to appear a green one on the side, I had a s20 for 3 year and nothing happened, switched to this s23 it got and actualization and fk up

I have visited the service centre and said it was a water damage. But I don't think it is. Since my mobile doesn't have a single scratch and have no physical damage. They are asking me to pay for display replacement. I don't know what to do.

My S22 Ultra got the green line after the last major update for Samsung devices, I'm thinking of switching to iPhone but iPhones are way more expensive than Samsung devices in my country, but all my Samsung devices never last more than 2 years and they always spoil after device updates

i ws facng same thing from service centre first time. u should tweet to samsung india with proper picture. if they responded to u then ok. if not then u raise ur complaint to NCH. Samsung agent will call you himself
The samsung agent calls but is it ok to give him the access of samsung tutor? because he will remotely control your phone to troubleshoot
it is ok. u shld ask him for free screen replacement... tell him after software update you facing that issue.

Me too facing this green line issue after software update.... I had visited samsung service center regarding this issue, they checked my mobile & replied that, there is a minor dent in side panel so we can't offer free replacement.

yes, mujhe sirf tax pay karnna parha. baki screen or battery dono ko free replace kar diye. apko jald se jald message karna hoga with proper picture samsung india ko twitter pe. apko reply ayega.

agar aap bahar se karwate ho to samsung walo ko pata vi chal sakta hai jab wo inspection karenge apke ph ka. i m sry to say mujhe exact pata nhi hai tab wo log free me karenge ya nhi. aap ekbar samsung customer care baat kar sakte ho

I did same but Samsung replied initially.. they told visit any Samsung center and let us know what they told. I visited Samsung service center they told only s20 and note 20 have free replacement, there is no free replacement applicable for s21 series.

People I had the same problem its a screen issue replace screen to fix that's the only way I tried months of different options even as far as factory reset but still didn't help replaced screen now phone is better than ever
