Until i came across this video on the method 5 the force restart i started following the instructions, when you said long press the power volume and down button then again and again, when you said to long press the power button you said to long press to 10-15 seconds and i started to count on myself on my brain. When it hits 10-13 i think...it started to appear the logo of the phone and i was like OMG and started crying... Bro you deserved a sub!❤ Thank you so much!!😢

I just had this problem. While turning the phone OFF / ON it rang. The screen was black so no success answering. When I got home I took the phone into a dark room and could barely see the screen. I opened SETTINGS and found display. I navigated to "screen brightness" then saw that the screen brightnessn adjustment was all the way dim. I moved the adjustment and that brought the screen brightness back to normal. When I found this vodeo I was searching for a way to prevent the screen adjustment from being able to adjust to nearly all the way dim.
One more thing that might help. I searched for some way to prevent the brightness from being adjusted to minimum and staying locked on minimum brightness. There is one video showing an app to download that might do that. I didn't make a note of that video because I don't want to download anything. What I suspect might prevent black screen from being repeated by accidentally adjusting brightness to the minumum is to move my SETTINGS icon from the front page of my screen (where I previously kept the icon) to the second screen page. Leaving the SETTING icon off the front page might prevent settings from being activated accidentsally by touching the screen while putting the phone in my pocket.. Hopefully that works for me from this time forward

@@droigymy phone didn't drop nor water got inside. I was using it when it happened, few times screen gliched like black screen and then normal then again black screen. Now completely black. Calls and notifications works, but it doesn't solve the black screen problem. Computer can recognize the phone.
@@droigy Last night , it came back by itself. I got a call and when I instinctively gone to the phone.I realized the display was working. Also it ask for a password saying (password needed after restart). Which shows that it got restarted when I tried the above methods. But The problem is, it again gone into blackscreen after 20-30 minutes (from the time I realized it came back)

I can’t thank you enough! I used the pressure method on my phone after trying using other methods. I have no damage to my phone, I haven’t dropped it, or left it out in the heat/cold..just got black screen when I woke up in the a.m after charging it. This is the second time it’s happened to my Samsung S21..it did the same thing last year after charging it..think I’ll get a new cable…considering an iPhone…IDK

Guys I tried method 4 I squeeze my device to sides and front screen and it worked! My device issues is everytime I turn it on or charge it's just vibrate and making sound but the screen is completely black Just every time I try to turn on or charge it it vibrates but the screen will show a little light black and will turn to completely black again

So i tried all of these methods and none of these work. Like my phone has a black screen even tho my phone is on, i can only see the top and the bottom buttons. When i click the buttons it won't work, my screen is just frozen and the time and the battery doesnt change at all. Please help

@@droigy Last night , it came back by itself. I got a call and when I instinctively gone to the phone.I realized the display was working. Also it ask for a password saying (password needed after restart). Which shows that it got restarted when I tried the above methods.
But The problem is, it again gone into blackscreen after 20-30 minutes (from the time I realized it came back)

I can’t thank you enough! I used the pressure method on my phone after trying using other methods. I have no damage to my phone, I haven’t dropped it, or left it out in the heat/cold..just got black screen when I woke up in the a.m after charging it. This is the second time it’s happened to my Samsung S21..it did the same thing last year after charging it..think I’ll get a new cable…considering an iPhone…IDK

Guys I tried method 4 I squeeze my device to sides and front screen and it worked!
My device issues is everytime I turn it on or charge it's just vibrate and making sound but the screen is completely black

So i tried all of these methods and none of these work. Like my phone has a black screen even tho my phone is on, i can only see the top and the bottom buttons. When i click the buttons it won't work, my screen is just frozen and the time and the battery doesnt change at all. Please help
