Get a pair of Elgato foot pedals. Start editing with your legs. I do most of my A Roll edits with my legs. Much faster. Your hands just remain on the mouse and keyboard
@@Brad_West the pedals have three each. So blade, trim left, trim right are on one pedal, the other is to drop audio from clip, audio decrease and increase, since I use these the most . But you can do one command or multiple commands by creating a command group. If I am in another app, these can be auto changed as soon as you swap the active window
@@muralibalaraman I find my Elgato foot pedals are kinda loud, especially pressing the middle one... did you notice this? And do you find yourself moving your whole foot to press each button? Or just kinda pivoting on your heel, with your heel resting on the base of the pedal the whole time?
It's not tiny! Maybe small but if it has everything you need, I would say it's perfect! Super detailed video with a million of information about EVERYTHING! Very well done and very useful video!
Thanks so much! 😊 I’m glad you think so. It definitely has everything I need. Would a bigger space be nice? Of course! Do I NEED a bigger space? Absolutely not!
I LOVE studio tours! This is awesome! I did one I think last year and they are actually harder types of videos to make for the channel then normal ones, at least for me.
I totally agree! It took me a lot longer to make this than my usual videos. But it was refreshing to do something different 😄🙌🏼 Appreciate you watching Chris!
Thanks so much man! That means a lot. I’m happy with the progress so far. It’s nowhere near as slick as yours! You’ll have to give me all your secrets when we meet up 😄🤙🏼
Whoah, it looks WAY bigger in your regular vids! :D If you have the space, consider adding a hair light. It adds so much pop, you might just stick out of the screen. :D
Yeah it’s pretty small man. Feels about the same size as Harry Potter’s room under the stairs 😂 I think if I get that autopole, a hair light would be a great addition to the setup. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks for the excellent video. I am copying some of your setup, starting with the panels, stickies and led strip lighting. I’ve been looking at the auto pole solution to get all my stuff off the floor. Keep up the great work.
@@Brad_WestI definitely will do it. Here is a studio tour from 2 months ago. I am looking to solve the same issues with a light wall and we are renters as well. Inside Look at Stevie Richards Wrestling Analysis Studio for 2024 th-cam.com/video/Vjbaw5MON6g/w-d-xo.html
Very cool space! It looks like your room is a bit bigger so you will need more panels than I have, but the nice thing is it seems like you can also move things around to shoot in different corners of the room. Looking forward to seeing the transformation 😄💪🏼
Looking amazing dude! I really need to do something about the Acoustics in my room. I obviously don't need it as Soundproof as your setup but people think I'm in the bathroom when I'm in Discord chats 😆
@@Brad_West I'm using a logi tech mouse. Which works great. Never Really liked the feel of the Apple Mouse, kind of slow, when editing. Didn't do it for me, but if it works for you, then I would say, just roll with it :)
Yeah I’m actually using a custom Cine4 profile and then I have a few color grading layers. Maybe I should break down the grade for my talking head in a future video 🤔
Ok, it’s on my list! Aside from the obvious breakdown of each of the grading steps/effects, is there anything else you would specifically like to see in that video?
hi mate, when do you bought monogram creative console? I bought 850 € of console and they never sent me anything! Bought on july 2023 and now we are may 2024. After I ask for a refund they stop reply to me...
Woah, I would definitely not let that go! I have always had a good experience with them. I would keep trying to email, or maybe reach out to them via social media if you're not getting a response!
I mean you get bigger ones, this one is 90cm. It is just out of the frame when I shoot so it’s pretty close to me, but it also touches the hanging light in the room, so I might need to change that light fixture haha 😅
It's still a work-in-progress, but what do you think of my tiny studio? 😄

Interesting! What kind of shortcuts or actions do you have assigned to your feet?

The before and after is 🤯
Thanks so much Jeff! The before was pretty awful 😅
Great to see this Studio, very well done, no other extra fittings. Neat and Nice, All the Best. Expecting more and more videos Brad.
Thanks a lot! More on the way soon! 😄🙏🏼

Very nice to see your space all set up. You have made great use of what appears to be a small room. I like it......Take care, Bluefin.
Thanks so much! Yeah it’s a small space, but works for what I need it for 😄💪🏼
Very cool! I'm in a similar situation. Trying to work out how to set up my studio at the moment. Great to have sound panels that look good as well.
Yeah the panels alone just totally transformed the space 🙌🏼 Super happy with that purchase!
Well done, it seems efficient, space optimised and it looks good on camera 👍
Appreciate that Daniel! 😄🙏🏼
I loved seeing this, brother! Your studio really came together and looks so smooth now 🤘🏼

Cool setup. It’s a never ending process but you definitely need a dedicated space to make consistent content.
100%! I’m looking forward to improving this space even more. 😄👊🏼
Looking good Brad!

how big is your softbox? Model / affiliate link if possible. thanks
It’s the Godox QR-P90 (90cm). There is an affiliate link in description below if you’d like to check it out. 😄💪🏼
Cool set up. The only thing I will say is that the apple mouse is way too slow for editing. How do you find it?
I have honestly never tried another mouse, I haven't felt the need to. So I would say that it's perfect for me. What are you using?

are you color grading, if so , are you using Slog 3? or Cine?
Yeah I’m actually using a custom Cine4 profile and then I have a few color grading layers. Maybe I should break down the grade for my talking head in a future video 🤔
@@Brad_West that alone would make a for perfect video , plus you already have the content which is the hardest to put together.

Now get some work done to pay for all that mate.
Great videos, keep it up.
Haha 😆 Yeah I must do some “real” work that actually pays, not TH-cam videos lol. Thanks Daniel 💪🏼
What are the measurements of the room?
It’s roughly 2.4m x 2.4m (7.8ft x 7.8ft).

If you can Fit in that large Umbrella,,, IT IS NOT TINY BOSS.
Haha 🤣 Maybe that is why the room feels so small. That softbox is huge 😅

@@Brad_West yes I have 2 sizes too and I packed my 120cm one.. I realised when I got it to my room. then bought the 80cm one 🤣
@Decodingfashion_ I was so tempted by the 120cm one. So glad I didn’t get that actually 😅
