The funny thing about this video is that Gerald's trying to walk in there & act like the pro while Linus shows just how much he knows & is spot on with so much beyond what Gerald even understands.
Found myself watching this for at least the 4th time and I realised the easiest way to show Gerald does understand Linus subconsciously at 10:22 is by pointing out the pen and clipboard comments. So many people have taken the the time to comment that their favourite parts have been pen clicks and flourishes at different points in the video and the pen and clipboard are literally just props in the same way the hats are. They add so much value for so little cost.
The sweetest part, I think, was when Linus was being teased about "Flexing" that he bought a whole building as a soundproofing solution. His face immediately went to a place of vulnerability trying to defend that he was just trying to make the best decision he could with the options at hand, rather than having ever focused on the money in a vainglorious way. I feel like he might be sensitive to the idea that he might be perceived as an out of touch millionaire, when at heart he's just a nerd that loves talking about tech, and has found financial success in doing it. I'm really happy seeing his humility shine through, I'm glad I've followed his channel for years.
The part that I like most about Linus is no matter how many times he makes mistakes, no matter how many times he says something he really shouldn't have on camera and it causes a community outrage, he always steps back listens to what the community is saying and implements those changes, Linus has probably had more community outrages in the last 2 years than most TH-cam channels could ever survive. Because as much as he does have an ego, he does his best to fight it, Yvonne and Luke also help him fight it in any way they can

Black Magic makes some amazing green screening products! We use one of their switcher boards and 3 of their studio 4k cameras for one of my schools production sets in our TV Productions class and it works amazing! Great video I love all the tech that LTT has… Makes me jealous lmao
What started as a simple youtube channel with probably 1 camera and a computer is a full on media production house now. Amazing evolution!
LOVED IT. And there's no need to ellaborate any further, why everyone can clearly see why this is so... Epic and lovely and... loved it.
The funny thing about this video is that Gerald's trying to walk in there & act like the pro while Linus shows just how much he knows & is spot on with so much beyond what Gerald even understands.
I love the short circuit camera rig, that's very creative!
This was an awesome collab. Love the infos about how they reccord straight in to the fileserver, or how they do the greenscreen work...
Everyone be roasting Linus these days🌚
Found myself watching this for at least the 4th time and I realised the easiest way to show Gerald does understand Linus subconsciously at 10:22 is by pointing out the pen and clipboard comments. So many people have taken the the time to comment that their favourite parts have been pen clicks and flourishes at different points in the video and the pen and clipboard are literally just props in the same way the hats are. They add so much value for so little cost.
It's good seeing Linus having the freedom to have fun and be creative, stepping away from the CEO role was a great call
This one and the MKBHD tour are my favorites so far, keep up the good work!
Will we get the Andy tour? Would like to hear more from him as more of a camera person.
I love the irony of linus ranting about not wanting batteries or sd cards only for both of them to fail at the same time.
Linus knows a lot more about camera gear than i expected
Because as much as he does have an ego, he does his best to fight it, Yvonne and Luke also help him fight it in any way they can
Love these studio tour videos. So darn comedic. 🤣
The guy using older gear like the Canon EOS R with high success has impressed me the most with this series.
I'm kind of shocked how messy and kind of hazardous the studio is :D
This is the greatest. I want these monster channel studio roasts to never end. When I open youtube and see several of my subs have new content, I always watch GU last - I'm a pleasure delayer.
What software did you use to repair the file? I'm having that exact same issue! I set the camera down, and my battery popped out while recording a client video.
Thanks for the awesome studio tours, Gerald. They're hilarious AND interesting.
Wondershare Repairit
@@geraldundone Thanks a ton Gerald!
OMG I thought the file corruption thing was a bit after Linus ranted about SD cards... I was dying laughing until you explained a battery dying and actually having a corrupted file... Then I laughed even harder
Well done, but man they have really smart stuff, I feel like I wouldn't mind if you had made an 1 hour long video.
I would watch a whole tour series, each episode covering different departments
@@misatzu Definitely
the cuts back to "paper holders" was so gd funny
12:22 Linus “Nothing stops the WAN show”
Steve: are you sure about that.
Dude, work of art. Also, before watching I'd have said "these two are a screwball comedy match made in heaven". But then it was down to business all along - which is also cool. Love it. ty!
"Nothing stops the WAN show" Well.... Awkward.
Linus ranting about battieres and SD Cards and your video cutting off is just _too_ good to be true xD
Never saw you before, really lovely video!
