This video was inspired by the epic broll videos @danielschiffer, @PeterLindgren1 and @Jamesmatthews have made in the past. 😄🙌🏼 What was your favorite tip in this video? 😄
Brad! You did a PHENOMENAL job with this video, and it is going to be such a great resource not only for your subs but for new viewers who are looking at how they can improve their own work and the work they can do for their clients. These are the “hard” videos to make but they are the essence of what makes TH-cam so great. 👏👏👏
Thanks so much Matthew! That means a lot 😄🙏🏼 It definitely was a tough one to make, but I want to make more of these kinds of videos. Thanks for watching! 👊🏼
This was hands down the best instructional video I have ever seen of a start to finish workflow! I am heading over to your shop right now to buy some of your product as a thank you! I truly appreciate your dedication to the craft!!!
@@justinkd I used the Tamron 28-75mm in crop mode on the Sony A7iii which allowed me to get pretty close. If you wanted to get closer then you might want to consider a macro lens. Something like the Sony 90mm macro would be great if you shoot on Sony.

it's a huge pleasue to watch your tutorials and guidlines, it's inspiring but realize it's not only to watch and make it in same way to reach same final result. However it's inspiring and make me a light in tunnel to go in this path to make get own experience and build own videocraft skill. Best Regards from PL Brad 🇵🇱
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for watching. It's al about practice. Keep going and just try get 1% better every time you create something and that all adds up over time!
@@Brad_West for next month I will buy your color grading course :) Although in YT there is a lot of tutorials with this topic and I have feeling if I collect all sources guidlines in one box I could get everything what is necessary to handle it. However I prefer to buy something from you to appreciate your input for education what you develop almost for free, and I assume in the complete course I will learn something more that it's published in YT tutorials. Have a good day Brad, thx for supporting and all content that you provide! BR 🇵🇱
@@lipinkitv5337 Thanks so much! I appreciate you saying that. Yeah there are extras in the course and it's also structured in a way that you don't have to watch a bunch of videos in a random order to understand the process. So it does make things easier. All the best!
@ your welcome Brad. I’m certain it will be knowledge lined in order what will make me easier to implement to my workflow with suficient practice. Wish you a good day 🤟🙂
Wow such a great video! Thanks for sharing your talent and your knowledge! I’m going to watch this video again. So underrated. I would be happy if you decide to share more in depth one. ❤
@@Brad_West tattoo video is really awesome. Maybe you could say i have a lack of imagination but in my opinion it couldn’t be any better! Great. This teaching format is perfect. From start to finish. Also you mentioned you could share more (if I’m correct) about planning transitions and your work with timeline and sound design.
Nice video! Can you share the camera settings you use for this video? Like Aperture, ISO, WB, etc. And if you shoot everything with the same settings? Thanks!
I shot almost everything at f/2.8 and with a daylight white balance (5600K). I tried to keep the ISO as low as possible at 200. But I did have to bump it up to 800 here and there. I used a custom Cine4 profile. Similar to Cody Blue’s Cine4 profile. He did a video before breaking down his settings.
