You are on point about soft skills . 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and I still don't know everything. It's a great role for someone who likes learning new things and talking to others. At the end of the day you are selling Microsoft solutions.
Hi Szymon, great intro. I'm working for MSP as Premier M365 support for 5 years and to be honest had enough, and would to move into consutlng. What you can suggest, on where to get "proper" hands on training, and not just videos. Most of the training companies just providing videos but not on how you talk to customer, how to create documentation, more in depth "real life" scenarios. :) ,... maybe it is not possible hahaha
Hi Tim, I fully agree that the most of online trainings are focus on what technology could offer. I will work on the training for consultants. Left your email here: products.office365atwork.com/microsoft-365-newsletter I will let you know as soon as it will be ready ;)
Thank you very much for this great video. I have some experience as a SharePoint Online administrator and also as an architect, I would like to know how I can use this for my new Office 365 consultant?
Mehrdad, This is great starting point. You can extend your knowledge to to Microsoft List, Power Platform and SharePoint Online and this is fundamental part of workinf with Office 365 customers.
Hello! I watched your video and I found it very interesting. I am interested to work as Office 365 consultant and which certifications and qualifications required to mention in my cv to get hired by the company?
I highly recommend to go through Microsoft Certification Exams. Check: www.microsoft.com/en-us/trainingdays - here you can get free exam vouchers. You can change the url from EN-US to your country code to get access to more trainings.
@szymonbochniak I have a 850- M365 Technical Advisor (Proactive Trials Nurturing) opportunity online interview on Wednesday hence my search for your video. I feel better about my preparation now.
