isn't funny that when an Identity and Access Management engineer that has Active Directory and Azure Active Directory background applies for a MS365 administrator they don't get hired... specially in the Philippines.. but configuring/editing/updating users and groups falls under Azure Active Directory, specially if MFA is involved.

trying to recover deleted file we failed to Access manage personal site, user is global administrator but still saying Access denied does not have permissions to access this resource. what could be the Reason. i added sharepoint admin also but no luck
