    Love this I have a similar system I use for my company which is
    Entry/Security> Closet/Tools>Bins>Surfaces>Kitchens>Restrooms>Floors>Security & Lockup.
    How are you guys getting your management to detail the entry and exit procedures with your service providers? some of our accounts have one page instructions on alarms lockboxes closing doors turning off air con etc

    • @dominicamoroso7174

      What we do is paste the instructions, pics or even a youtube link on our technology app that all users view.

    I'm an elementary school custodian. Only one in my building. They have a sub contracted cleaning service that cleans at night and waxes floors in the summer. They are horrible. They use the crappy brown paper towels we have for hand drying and they use them to wipe toilets which is gross because the towels barely absorb. They also only do 2 coats of wax for an entire year, no buffing or anything. 3 months into the school year and the floors are dull and marked up. It's bad. But the district likes paying cheap and could care less. The owner wants our jobs. Already took over our custodian positions in 2 schools. It's aggravating because I'm a parent, resident and employee in the district and hard to speak up or you get a target on your back.

    Great steps, I’ve been in the industry for 10 plus years now and you never stop learning. About to start my own services. Question: By having your employees use this app for accountability and time monitoring, do you have to provide all your employees with phones or send them credit towards their phones? Thank you

      Awesome thank you for tuning in and the kind words. No we do not have to provide employees with phones. The data is extremely low and it is part of the scope of work the team member is required to fulfill and complete. Another reason why we pay much higher than minimum wage

    More systems has a tendency to launch people into obsessiveness.
    Consider a cleaning sight that has people working or customers doing what they’re accustomed to.
    Staying out of the way involves flexibility the opposite of a programmed clean.
    Cleanliness of one location is important but unless it’s a clean room environment maybe the least important.
    Big companies may require more complexity than sole proprietor.
    Situational alertness with record keeping for the purpose of measurement and improvement is of paramount importance of a movie theatre or theme park.
    Consider fun when confronting cleaning company issues.

    • @cleaningandcocktails
      @cleaningandcocktails  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! You make a great point about the balance between systems and flexibility, especially in industries like cleaning where customer habits and expectations can vary widely. It's essential to tailor cleaning approaches to the unique needs of each setting. I couldn't agree more about the importance of situational alertness and record-keeping for continuous improvement, especially in dynamic environments like movie theaters or theme parks. And yes, injecting a bit of fun into addressing cleaning challenges can certainly make the process more enjoyable and effective! Thanks for sharing your insightful perspective. 🌟🧹
