Glad that you covered this topic, Marcus! Since we are already in the topic, just wanna ask if you have already tried using search tools to generate leads you can use for cold outreach? I'm talking about using USPS Address Lookup + Data Appending to get contact details of people living in addresses within a specific area you want to target.
I have my own lead generation department. We only service commercial buildings. We stay away from residential.

I’m not an expert on govt contracts but if you look up your local SCORE office they can put you in the right track and even offer you a free guidance counselor.

I accept all forms of payment except cash. lol. But I prefer ACH

Business cards are good. I like to pass out cards and a small flyer. The flyer gives them more info about your services.

I have a very hard time I found a lot of free and paid but they never pick me every time I go bid guess who is bidding with me JANI-king franchise omg they bid so low so so low and win I’m honestly getting tired because I’m putting my all into this I’m not getting what I put in

Have you tried using AJ Simmons calculator . It’s pretty accurate when you are bidding . I also watch this guy name Rick Brown he made a video and gave the amount you should bid for the time you will spend cleaning. I landed my contracts like this . I hope this help .
