The llc is beneficial when folks are interested in doing business with you but need that one thing to seal the deal. Having all your credentials will keep your bag full.

    Heyy Ms Jazmine, I just found your page and I love the information you are sharing and have shared !! i do have a few questions. When you are contacting 1099 contractors.. what are some of the questions you are asking regarding prices and payments.
    Also who is conducting the walkthroughs to determine the price for commercial cleaning?

    • @jazminetates
      @jazminetates  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey love your most welcome!! so for the the 1099 im not asking about their pricing or payments I am letting them know what I offer in pay , So weather it's 50/50 split or a 60/40 split or even a 70/30 split which ever you want to pay your cleaners. For the walkthrough for commercial is normally done by you or someone else that is knowledgeable and confident in your business.

    Hey Jaz! I had a question about cleaners and clients if you’re hiring 1099 cleaners and not going to clean. How do you work out getting clients after hiring a cleaner? Which do you do first? If you hire a cleaner there will be a period of time before you get clients right? How do you do this properly?

      @cassandrawright5202 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I suggest starting off to clean first yourself to build a trust worthy relationship and build your local area up first shouldn’t take long with the right marketing and great cleaning. As your business grows and you will know when to start interviewing subcontractors pay them well , have a system set in place for how they can grow their income . For example start off paying 55-60 of the job after 10 great cleans reviews move them up to 70. If they get their own team of 2-3 cleaners pay them 75-80 of the job. Their problem is getting clients that’s what your company will do for them.

In my field of work I come across clients that need cleaning services not just cleaning but gardners, Janitors, pool cleaners, trash haul away companies etc mostly cleaner I do the introduction I don't expect nothing from either but thinking this might be an additional source of income if I focus only on the clean route what do you think would I need to get a EIN # so not to comingle funds. I know your not an attorney but I've also heard its illegal do to conflict of interest and kickbacks- I refer and give companies lots of buissnes some do send me a gift card here and there others I just tell them to pay me by being pros at what they do. Can't help it but I do get jealous when i see the thousands of dollars checks being printed out to them thanks to me:)

    • @jazminetates
      @jazminetates  ปีที่แล้ว

      That a good question. So if you pay yourself from your LLC and make yourself an employee and send yourself a direct deposit, you would be essentially paying taxes twice you would be paying taxes on your direct deposit payment that you received and from the business so I would suggest doing a owners draw, but I’m not a tax professional, so I don’t know how accurate that is but that’s just something that I would do.

      Oh no silly question love.
      They call it a virtual number and address because it’s not attached to a physical place you can download an app and put it on your phone a purchase a virtual phone number for like $20 bucks
      Same with the address you can get a business address without have to go rent a business office

    1st off a LLC doesn’t seperate and keep business and personal funds separate. The business bank account does. All of these cleaning gurus all of a sudden know how to start and run a cleaning business. Also telling ppl to sub everything out. That is not scalable. You guys are lying to these ppl. Why don’t you talk about workers comp, which is an insurance that a lot of credible companies require to even set foot on their property. In My state for my first 6 employees, workers comp was 1558.00 a month. Now I have 32 employees and it’s over 11,000 a month. What about commercial auto insurance? If you’re using your personal vehicle to go to and from jobs, the client can opt to not pay you because you dont have adequate insurance. Folks, keep in mind, it’s not an easy business, but it’s not hard either. It takes lots of work. These cleaning gurus have sometimes 1 client, or in some cases none, and now they feel they can teach you. Steer clear and do your homework. Or else you will owe the IRS for classifying everyone as a 1099 when they are being treated as an employee!

Ummm no they can’t and that’s how the LLC keeps those moneys separate and I’m pretty sure you knew that but just wanted to bring in your piss poor attitude into this nice lady’s video..and if you didn’t know this id have a hard time believing your making any money..and last if your not hiring subs well that just shows us how business savvy you really are
