I like to use the 1/3 to help improve my odds! My buddy got some 20 GA for his Franchi and they would not cycle very well at all! I have noticed they are a few mils longer than other shells in both 12ga and 20ga
I would opt. For the 1/3 load over any load with 2's in it. Especially in my skinny bore Italian guns. 1's and 3's pattern in them better than 2's alone. Just my experience over the years .
Do you know if they fixed the primer issue? I’m looking at getting a case of BB/2 for a spring snow hunt but don’t want to deal with misfires if a group comes in.
I would assume that batch of primers has been pushed through, but it sounded like the others who had issues were in the 2/BB. Honestly, the 2/4 hit way harder than the 2/BB I used, if I was going to buy some for spring snows I’d look at those personally

Interesting…my issue was the primers and not the cycling, but I’ve heard of Franchi’s having cycling issues too. A few mil can make a difference!
I love the BB/2 for snow goose. I can’t say I’ve ever had the issues or maybe just never noticed. Good review
I didn’t have great luck but hopefully they have better batches of primers now! I’m sure it hits hard when it works right
@@TooManyHobbies I love the amount of coverage I get and they pattern really good in my Winchester

If they had the 1/3 option when I bought them I would have loved to have it! May have to consider that in the future if I can find them!

Do you use the 2/4 blend for geese
I did and it laid them out
