I shot some Migra last season (2022/2023) in Arkansas, Kansas, and Texas and they seemed pretty solid. I think they did better than my go to Black Cloud, going to test them vs Rio Blue Steel and the Black Cloud on pattern shortly with all my chokes.

I've pattern tested the migra 2/3 shot out of my Remington v3 waterfowl pro with a carlsons cremator mid range. It has an amazing pattern from 20 , 30, and 40 yards I got 8 boxes to use this season!! My new go to shell too!!

I tried the 2/4 out of my retay 12 with a .695 high voltage. They pattered awesome at 30 yards.

I plan on patterning my Retay 20ga with the Migra 2/3 sometime before season. I'm looking forward to seeing how it patterns.

Gun patterns a little high but overall looks good. I shoot the 2/3 or the 2/4 also I prefer 2/3 but I haven’t pattern out of my a5 with a kicks choke yet. Probably should get on that lol

First season for me. Isn't that a lot of damaged meat? Serious question. It's all new to me. Thanks

It appears that way because he's shooting a target that's standing still. When a duck goes whizzing through the air, a lot less pellets are probably going to end up hitting it because they're moving so fast. I totally get where you're coming from because I just started hunting a couple years ago and I was worried about the same thing at first. If it's your first year, my best advice would be to buy cheaper shells until you get really good at shooting. Remember, NO MATTER HOW EXPENSIVE THE SHELLS ARE, NONE OF THAT MATTERS UNTIL YOU ARE CONSISTENTLY HITTING KILL SHOTS. I know that sounds like I'm stating the obvious but, it took me a little while to understand that. I started out shooting cheap shells, then I bought black clouds and other premium loads, and now I'm back to cheap shells because I've learned that your accuracy means so much more than what type of shell. Also, your number 1 priority should be getting the ducks in your decoy spread as close as possible before you should ever worry about your shotgun, shot shells, choke tubes, or anything like that. Super glad to see a new hunter doing his share of research! Good luck!!

@@charlesmarshall5387 thank you very much. I can only find pricey shells locally right now unfortunately. I did find some Winchester super x number two. I have a dozen decoys and found a used beretta a300 outlander. It came with two carlsons chokes. The close range and medium range. I have a cheap call and some farm king waders. Can't wait to get to it. Thanks again for the advice! God bless
P.s. been practicing on squirrels for now. Those little suckers are fast!

@@shelbylester9930 I didn't shoot it at 20 yards but would imagine it would be a great pattern. A little tighter of a pattern compared to the 30 yards.

Would you think the 2/4 Stack would be a good all around load for both duck and goose? I got 4 boxes of 2/bb, but wanted to get a case. Don’t know which stack to go with.
