Hey Micha nice video and I completely agree Just wanted to say that you should look up the pronunciation of the word “height” because the way you say it, it sounds like “hate” which confused me when I was just listening to the video instead of watching it
@@MichaSchulz is all good for myself Planche looks impossible I can do the tuck front lever if I can master the flag and front lever or handstand I might give a Planche a go since I have weak wrist .
@@MichaSchulz also I’m 5 feet 11 tall maybe that’s why lol and I started training calisthenics when I was 21 like human flag than I lose motivation until now I’m 25 finally can straddle flag and one leg tuck flag and muscle up 8 reps
Volume of your body ,is directly proportional to, H³ (height cube). Suppose your height is 2 cm extra than average 2³ = 8 more volume But if 4 cm extra than average 4³ = 64 Height doubled but Volume 8 times imcreased. More volume more weight
it's actually true tho. I can straddle planche not only because of straight arm strength but because of general pushing strength made from weighted dips and HSPU. Not to mention the scapula protraction. The stronger your shoulders/scapulas/general pushing strength are, the less time it will take for you to progress.
