I did not expect to learn as much from the video, as I do weighted calisthenics for some time already..I was wrong. Sooo relatable experience and useful advice. Thanks 👍
Hey micha you convinced me to switch to a nylon chain but I can't seem to find a chain with good lenght, where do you get yours ? and thanks for all the tips !
Hello Michael, I'm thoroughly enjoying your content and how you utilize calisthenics and weights 🙏🏾 would you be so kind as to recommend Dip bars or Dip station. The amount of weighted Dips work you do I'm sure you'd have the hook up. 💯 Thanks.
I've strained/injured my lower abs / groin area with weight belt, like +50kg, when doing chinups. Ever experienced this or know how to position the weight to avoid this? I perhaps progressed too quickly. Non-issue for dips since the weight is pulling through the back of hips
Oh wow, I always keep the weights really high because it annoys me when they are super low because they don't swing when they are high, but I usually use kettlebells. Is this "rule" also for kettlebells valid?
Yes it’s more stable with a long chain. The downside is, the moment the long chain starts moving, it’s even worse than short. So for high reps sets short can make sense
When i'm doing weighted dips if i keep the chain long it starts to swing a little and makes the movement 1000 times harder, i can dip 50 kg x 2 and current BW is 93kg, but when the chain is long i can only dip with 30 kg maximum.. having the chain high is compromising my progress?
@@MichaSchulz adjust my technique so it can get fixed more in my vertical pushing path to move more weight, thanks for your advice. I will check it, i get stuck in 60kg 1rm like 4 months already
Sorry to hear this! May I ask what's your hip circumference? A good advice here is to wrap the chain around one metal ring directly and then use the free carabiner to close the belt. (2 in the middle instead of one)
@@MichaSchulz ya I'm not sure but I'm at least 2 inches of in the middle.. Thanks for the advice.. I can make it work but I thought it was one size fits all.. Without connecting in the middle it's harder to get it to line up evenly
Such useful tips that you really can't find anywhere else, thanks a tonne for sharing!
You’re welcome!

Hi Micha: new business idea. You could also offer just the nylon chain. Anyone could upgrade their belts
You can try searching for a rock climbing nylon runned!
Coming :)✌🏼😁
Good content
Gutes Video, hab noch nie eins wie dieses über Belts gesehen.👍🏼
Dafür bin ich da :D
Great!

It comes together with the king of weighted belt :)
@@MichaSchulz I know I know but I just bought a dip belt 2 days ago and didn't know you had one of your brand, feels bad :/
@@noa5380 we are also putting the chain in the shop without the belt soon
@@MichaSchulz awesome thanks for your response !
Great tips 👌
Thoughts on chain length during weighted Muscle ups? I'm assuming this is an exception to the long chain rule
yes exactly

Thanks! I have custom once. But i think RVL13 offers nice stations.

Hello 👋 quality content as always bro also what's your opinion on Adam raw?
Very strong athlete

I would like to pre order your belt but dont have paypal. I would appreciate to pay with visacard. hope its possible in the near future.
Credit card is already possible :)
@@MichaSchulz damm ur right! Didn't see it at first, thanks anyway.
Metal chain disadvantage #3 it's always so fucking cold
When i didnt have money for belt i used that band for car luggage with hooks and it snapped while doing pullups with 40kg and it hit me right in my 🥜
OOOOWWWWWWW
Great video. However metal chain gives +10% mental boosts for me😂
You sold me on the nylon rope when you said no more holes in my shirts 😂
Haha perfect!

Instead of lower like you said in the video
You probably don’t have an efficient vertical weight path. I would adjust the technique then 💪🏻

Fucking metal chains hurted.my. Balls restock the nylon need to buy 20 of these
Ya this belt isn't long enough.. I can't connect it in the middle so I have to use the first set up
