    This was great. Go easy on us for Day 5, my inner thighs are still sore from Day 3 where we had 1 knee on the carriage and the other on the platform...Ouchie!!

      Great Job Vicki! & that inner thigh exercise is definitely on the spicy side 😅 I have no doubt you will crush day 5, ( I take it a little easier on the inner thighs in this next one ) 😉
