      Good on you Laura! I'm around your age and am quite fit and healthy because of exercise. As Jules shows us, it doesn't have to be hard to do. Grateful for TH-cam and the trainers like Jules who keep us in good health.

    You are my favorite workout coach. I love that you don't chatter all the way through like so many do. I really enjoy knowing there's going to be a change every 30 seconds. I can do just about anything for 30 seconds! Keep up the good work. You are helping people.

    Wow this packed a punch, in a good way. Ive just finished it and now going onto day 3 of 25.....hoping my arms will still work lol. I really enjoyed this one. The running interval was the beeeest..really got the old ticker going. Thank you so very much xx

    I love this! The 'tap opposite foot behind' was a fun new move! The 20 minute workouts are perfect; then I have a 20 minute yoga practice and 10 minutes of meditation and I'm set to go for my day! Thanks, Jules, for your creativity and dedication!

    Thank you Jules, Loved this workout. I too liked the weights with the movement, not too fast and not too heavy, Perfect! I lost my feet and hands for a few seconds with the back tap to opposite hand. Those moments I appreciate because my brain has to find a different path. (71yrs). I can really appreciate cross country skiers, wow, the strength and energy. Thanks again Jules and hi to all in this community.

      Thanks so much for your comment, Jeanine. Cross country skiing can definitely be a workout, especially when you 'double pole' like I did in this video. It can also be a very relaxing activity if you are just x-country skiing leisurely:) Thanks for your feedback about the different moves and 'brain work'. I totally agree...good to challenge the brain as well as the body.

      ​@@ImprovedHealth catharsis, after a loss in the family....the balance and strength were so good, i always enjoy them...the jogging i find easy to just follow you...so a good workout, on days I would earlier have found so easy to skip exercising.... that's the power of Jules,🙏

    Love it when you call me "Safe!" at home plate (when you signal "All Done")! I'm seeing some improvement in my balance, able to stand on one foot now for just about the entire interval. That's waaaaaay better than where I started out!

    Just saved this to my fav workouts playlist. I do a variety of workouts from different channels. Yours is one of my top channels and this is one of my FAV workouts for where i am now. perfect length - mix of intervals and strength training with some balance thrown in.     I super appreciate the moves that require "balance"...something that we ladies of a certain age start to lose. Good mental focus is required, lots of core strengthening goin' on!

    May only have been 20 minutes but I am feeling it! I love how your workouts are never boring. They always seem to be at just the right level. Ive even got a few friends doing them now as they cater to all abilities and fitness levels. Even had my 94 year old mum do some of the seated ones. Thanks Jules. X

    This turned out to be a little more than I thought it was! It was fast paced, used weights and had lots of intervals. I managed to do it all but had to slow the intervals at times! It was a lot of fun though, Jules and I wasn't sorry I chose it!

    Loved this, weights and cardio all rolled into one (and steps too) but easy to do, with stretching and cool down as well. I like these shorter workouts as I can fit them into my morning schedule more easily. Upbeat music and you as the trainer inspire us without a lot of shouting and nonsensical jabbering. Thanks as always!

    I was excited to do this new workout. I had been sick for over a week from Covid and started back up on Friday with the workout before this one. After three days, I figured I'd be able to handle this new one and I did! I do 30 minutes of sciatica and toning exercises on the floor before this so I was ready to get up and move. Thanks so much for these short all -in-one workouts. Love them!

    12, 01 2023 I loved this! I got to do it too late after 9 pm so I was happy it was a shorter one. TH-cam my friend threw this one up today. Of course, I did it unweighted in fact, even without weights I had to stop occasionally because my arms hurt! Yeah, I know my arms are my weakest parts. Thank you, I managed to do another day, yet.

    Wow….. Jules what a great dance workout video.In twenty minutes my body was thanking me for doing the happy dance moves. I have exhausted all the adjectives like great,awesome etc.etc.before your name.     What a WONDERFUL workout!! My first "no talking" one... I really had to pay attention :) I don't have weights currently and am getting back to fitness after a series of injuries, the busyness of life, and some mental "inertia" over the past few years. I just discovered your channel about a month ago & I'm hooked! Such a wide variety of workouts and no matter what or how much you are able to do... Jules, you are ALWAYS sincerely encouraging and you are my kind of positive!! What a blessing to have found your channel! My range of motion in all joints is coming back and the feeling of "frailty" is now gone. I look forward to seeing you first thing in the morning before my first cuppa and before my family and other things need my attention. Gloria Soli Deo!

    I can’t wait to restart my routine workout after my mini vacation at the beautiful Kelowna and Penticton. It’s a great workout. The balancing with weights is excellent to get the strengthening as well. I like it and enjoyed it much! The music is good. The reminding of important notes on board is helpful. 👍🥰
