    Oh Jules..it's Susie..I got almost through the entire cardio and then started to have a bad panic attack.. not good.. I'm bound and determined to get well.. I waited probably 6 hours and came back and finished.. of course after the last weight lift it's easy.. just couldn't make it.. but I did make it to the end.. I love the 2 minutes of meditating.. and I love the quote for the day.. I'm thinking that I should only do this twice a week.. late last night I went for a beautiful walk in the dark with a wonderful wind.. which I love.. thank you for supporting me.. have a great night my friend!!.       Hi Susie, I am sorry to hear about the panic attack. I have experience working on a mental health unit and I have seen how difficult and scary it can be when a panic attack happens. Go at your own pace, do what you can and if it's too much, you can always choose the gentle/beginner all-in-ones. Those are still a good workout. I'm glad to read you are also going for walks outside...fresh air and nature is absolutely great for mental well-being and physical health. I'm sure you have lots of coping strategies when you feel a panic attack coming on, but I'd like to share another resource. Insight timer which is a website and app, offers free mindfulness sessions. There are a ton of choices for various lengths and instructors. The breathing sessions might be particularly good to use when you are feeling you might need them. I hope that helps:)

    Love the mix and the variety in this workout!! Never got bored and easily made it through the entire 37 minutes. (Usually I get bored or it is too much - one or the other). Great video that you can really add what you want and increase intensity (or decrease) as you see fit! Will do it again!

    Ok Jules! I got out my, or rather my husband’s, two two-pound plastic bottles of Salsa again and did this all-in-one. It was better than I thought it might be. I’m really happy that squats are part of the weight training because, for one thing, they don’t involve weights and for another, I love to do squats, because I can do them at seventy-four, with my legs as far apart as I can get them without toppling over, which is impressively far if I do say so myself! My balance on my right side needs a lot of work. I’m left-handed so it’s easier on that side. So you talked me into two-in-ones. I love the five and ten thousand steps workouts though. The harder I can push myself the happier I am. I’m in a hurry to get fit. I really need arm exercises because the skin just kinda hangs there a bit! 😄🥺😳😄 And of course those involve weights. 🤨 So be it. Maybe I’ll be able to wear sleeveless tops next summer! I hope so. We have an Aerodyne and a Total Gym. They might as well be used to hang clothes or something on for all the use they get. I’ll have to change that. Well, it’s only 10:30, and I’ve been on my feet all day…gasp! Most unusual. I’ll actually, maybe, might get to bed before three in the a.m.! Ttyl!

      74 and super active...I love it, Louise! So many people in their 70's think they need to relax more but the more we move, the more we'll be able to move. I am very happy to read that you like squats...so many people don't like them, or to be fair, find them challenging due to pain in the knees. Squats can get your legs super strong, which will keep you walking longer. I'm also happy to read that you tried the all-in-ones. Honestly, the combination of the exercises is super beneficial for all ages, but especially as we get older. Falls are far too common for seniors so balance & strength are super important. Although I'm sure the gym equipment works well for laundry 🤔, I hope you'll give them a try 1-2 times a week. Although, if you enjoy my all-in-ones or strength workouts, maybe you can just sell them and have more room in your house:) Btw, for your triceps, try to do tricep kickbacks every second day (likely 2-4 lbs for weights, do it 12 times, rest for a minute and do them 12 times again). As your triceps get stronger, you can work up to doing 4 sets. When that gets easy, let me know:) You sound like a fire-cracker at 74...exactly how I hope to be!

    It's a wonderful all round workout. The balance exercises and plank challenge are superb additions for strengthening otherwise neglected muscle groups. It will be great if you introduce a longer duration 45 minute workout. Thank you Jules.

      I’d like to…I just need more time. I work full time and have a family so 30 min workouts are all I can manage right now. I spent 10 hours creating the workout coming out on Monday…the creation of the videos takes a lot longer than it appears. But, I will include more in the future when I can:)

    I 💜'd all of this session, esp the 2-min mindfulness moment & quote. In my 2 mins... I was thinking of my life as a long kayaking experience. It's been at times lovely & relaxing, sometimes embarrassing painful rollovers knocking my head on rocks underwater, and somehow I've made it thru scary white waters. (BTW: I'm very novice!) At 63, it's good to take moments like this to glance back, but don't get stuck there in past stories. I face forward, and with loving encouragements to myself, I paddle forward.... it's all so very dear to me. 💜🙏 Namaste

    Another wonderful workout. I love the quiet time at the end and use it to practice my mindfulness breathing. My preference is for workouts a little bit longer so as to include a bit more cardio.

    Jules it was nice to come back to this workout and do the strength with 8lbs and 5lbs instead of 5lbs and 3lbs. I’m still working on that balance. And I did the plank. Your 5 week strength program in November to the beginning of December did that for me. ❤

    Started off today with April schedule. This is powerful, really good arm workout. Yet another go to. I then did day 2 strength on floor arms, and preferred it on floor today. I managed a heavier weight, so good result. Finished with day 3 core. That's a worker but I really felt it. In the whole body one here the standing abs were.. Let me find a word.... Fanbloodytastic. I really felt them. I'm now a sweating... Hair everywhere mess but loved that. I end my routine with my hula hoop lol gorgeous day here in Scotland🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    I love your workouts, thank you for putting them out. I'm 67 with painful arthritic knees but try to do one of your routines every morning and I think it helps to keep me moving.

    You have so many great videos. I liked this combo workout. Each day I search through your videos to try and keep a weekly combo that includes 30-40 minutes of warmup, cardio, flexibility, strength, balance, and cool down. It would be great if you could put together a 30 day series using your existing videos so I don't spend so much time searching each morning (see how lazy I can be!).     We liked how you divided up the cardio and strength into two sessions each; it seemed like we could put more effort into both, being in shorter “chunks.”

    I SO didn't feel like exercising today but instead of choosing an easy one I chose one that challenged me the last time I did it. Well, it challenged me this time too! But while it was challenging me it also made my heart pound and made me sweat - a lot! It woke me up and I feel really good. So thanks Jules!

    Great workout! Boy, that balance work (tree and "round the tree") really highlights how much shoes interfere with balance! (I am a yoga teacher) So, it's a great challenge to work on "shod" balance! Thanks so much for your teaching!

    How funny a year ago since I did this one2... big changes my husband I cared for is no longer with me and I am so much stronger and can balance so much better the mindfulness reminded me to think of all the good times we had so thank you

    this was hard work. After 4 weeks away from workouts I was feeling this. It was great though and I surprised myself that I could actually go the distance. I find that I really notice in my body when I haven't been working out. The joints get stiffer and I generally ache more. Its great to be back at it. Loved the mindfulness at the end. Just taking time to reflect and be still. Thanks Jules.

    Another nice workout. Thanks so much. Even though you have a lovely voice, I do enjoy the peace during the exercise and just moving to the music without interruptions. Great concept.

      Aww, thanks. I sometimes have people saying they would like some talking instruction so I try to mix it up with both talking and no-talking videos but from what I can see, I think most people prefer the no-talking (and if they like lots of talking, there are plenty of creators who offer LOTS of talking in their workouts!).

    Still here cant get the little bounce!!..
    .alternating between walking..at least 2 mi..up to 5 one day!! Thanks for being here.. love this workout it's a good way to start the day.. before my darling second mother gets up.. she'll be 100 on January 6th.. and her morning routine after she cleans up is to put on her lipstick put on her eyebrows cover a little spot on her face.. oh to be a hundred and to do that!!

    That particular quote is my very favorite, Jules, and I also love when you put a meditation at the end of our workout. I loved this workout and had to remain seated but it still was a "WOW" in my book. My balance is getting there and I had to use the wall for the plank exercise but the whole workout was excellent❤🙏Thank you for making my life better.

    Loved this workout. I had already done some strength exercises as part of my shoulder therapy so I jumped in at the cardio section. I did the second cardio without the weights just to ensure I didn't hurt myself but they still helped as I'm trying to get my arms to get in the proper position. Thank you for the short meditation at the end. It gave me the opportunity to reflect on my family and how blessed I am to have them.

    Actually enjoyed the mindfulness exercise at the end; I couldn't fill up two minutes ... maybe it takes practice :)

      Sometimes it's just a matter of not thinking at all with mindfulness...you just keep clearing the thoughts, and relax. I took a mindfulness course a couple of years ago...it definitely takes practice!

    Thanks Jules for another great workout. Loved the variation of the moves and enjoyed every step of it.Used only 3 and 5 pounds for the strength training but this 35 minute routine workout was real workout. Used wall for the planks. Balance exercises,stretching and mindfulness was awesome too.The music was great so were you. Only you can make such fun workout videos. Stay blessed❤️
