Thank you for this information. I'm a new agent at Keller Williams. ☺️ I'm really loving and I'm excited. Everything that you've said is what I've been told
Hey. Nice video. Only thing I have a question about is that you said no other company does what KW is doing, but EXP actually does a lot of what KW does. Do you know how you two compare? Taking classes to get my license now, and looking at different brokerages and I’m stuck between the two.
Congrats! You got this! Maybe interview with both and see what they each have to offer! Of course the sponsor you interview at eXp should have something to offer training wise as well so make sure of that too!
Thank you both for the comments. Yes exp was started by a Keller Williams agent who left. They are similar but my point in my video was, that KW is unique in its own way. I am also going to make a new commission breakdown. If there’s anything else you would like to see, I can cover it
I have a question about KWCares. I'm starting my journey with KW this month January 2022. My 15 month old twin grandson had heart surgery Dec 2021. Doctors say after he is fully healed/recovered they'll let us know if the second surgery will be necessary or not.y question is would I be able utilize KWCares if his medical insurance doesn't cover all costs?
Hi Jessica. Yes you can talk to your market center about that. Generally you meet with your team leader. Then your MCA and Team leader will send something to KW Cares to review. We've reached out for several of our agents and it has been a blessing. If you would like to know more, please let me know. But start with your team leader. Where are you located?
@@JohnTheRealtor I am located in Colorado. I'm an entry level agent and so far I have only had contact with my Growth Director. Thank you for reach out to me.
@@JohnTheRealtor Thanks for the words of encouragement. It is much appreciated. Yeah I will be attending some trainings very soon. Ready to get rockin' and rollin' in January.
Will KW look down on me if I join as a part time agent and not help me as much? I'm taking the exam next month and plan to start interviewing in a couple weeks.
Hi. Not at all! In fact. It is our culture to help agents structure their business at whatever level they wish to be... If you are starting as a part time agent, then we will help you maintain and grow that business. Once you want to start transitioning to full time, we’ll help you. It’s all at whatever lever you are comfortable with.
@@s33tncut3 That's awesome. That's how I started. Part time until I got so busy that I had to make a decision. I made the choice to go full time. We help agents at whatever level they want to be. Whether you wanna close 5 deals a year or 5 deals a month, we'll guide you.
@@JohnTheRealtor I had a meeting with my local KW office last week. I really liked them. I can't wait to pass my exam next month so I can start. I called other brokerages just to compare and once I told them I had no plans to transition to full, they didn't want to continue the conversation. KW told me that they would not try to force me to transition to full time if I don't want.

John I’m not sure if you covered this in another video but what are the fees to first join the brokerage?

I was wondering this also . I really am considering real estate as a part time job for extra money on top of my current job.
