Thanks so much! Really put a lot of effort and research to make sure I got a good grasp on everything! I’d love to connect or to be a referal partner to agents if they have anyone in the NY market. Marios@kw.com is my email
Thank you so much for putting this together! I am a brand new agent with KW and only knew that KW was labeled the best but I really didn't know why. Now I know! Thanks again
Every office is independently owned and operated. However I don’t know of any additional fee. Just the split you pay then and the monthly fee (which usually includes insurance) every office is run differently though so I would inquire directly
@@striveforgreatness411 how much would a new agent pay in your office? I’m just trying to get a gage for how much I may pay. I’ve heard people say over 3K to get started and that would be way too much for me. Also, are classes included or is there a separate fee for classes because I’ve heard people say they have to pay for that as well. Thank you for all of the help.
@@randyguardiola8794hello! It would be around 2k . I’m sure it would differ in locations but the one I know about charges the $100 office/technology fee a month and when you’re an agent you have to register for the association to get access to the MLS and that usually starts at $700-$900 to initiate and believe you pay an amount year for that. So I would estimate close to $2000 a year.
Sadly, if you join without being influenced by anyone working at KW, you have to choose a random employee who gets a % of your commission. There are SO many other fees🤑🤑🤑 he doesn't mention. Don't get me going on the poor communication.🙄
Hey the fees are office specific which is why I couldn’t go into those directly- but yes of course every agency has its prices and cons. I have been pretty happy there. Thanks for watching
Not from YOUR commission. It’s from the office profit. Pay attention. And what other many office fees are there? Elaborate please because I don’t know of any other than the split and the monthly.
KW Team Lead here! This was GREAT!

aside from the desk fee. How much does everything cost to work with them! Membership fee? Insurance fee? Any other fees?

So it’s 64/36 split.
Yes until you cap!
Let’s talk about the auto insurance requirements with KW.🤨
Never heard of that
