    I’m not kidding, I did this arm workout 3 days a week for a month and my arms have changed DRASTICALLY. I couldn’t even do a push up, and now I can. Now my arms are a little more toned and slim.

    I’ve been doing this, her booty workout, and her six pack an workout every night for just over a month now. I gotta say ladies...it’s working. It’s not like I have a whole new body, and I’ve always been pretty muscular, just with a little layer of fat that builds up if I don’t workout often. I’ve gotten thicker and thinner in all the right places :) everything is more toned and you cant see the lines on my abs yet but you can see them. My shoulders and arms are visibly muscular and my butt is tighter and my thighs are skinnier. Keep up whatever you’re doing because it will pay off, it just takes time! Be patient! I like to watch tv with the workout on my phone just for the timer bc I have them all memorized by now so it doesn’t really interfere with my day. And I get less bloated and I feel better and more confident! Go get em girls :)

    I did this Workout for a month, whenever I don't have time to go to the gym. I do it 3 times a week, and I really see results, now I’m strong enough to do even push-ups (not on knees anymore haha) :)

    honestly if I could have anyone's body, I would choose yours. you're muscular, but not too much... and you're also not too skinny. YOU HAVE THE PERFECT BODY!!! do you ever incorporate cardio in, as well? or do you only stick to these workouts?

    Day 1: I basically skipped through half the exercises.. it was superrr difficult!!
    Day 2: I was able to do most but i had to take a mini breaks..
    Day 3: I tried a little harder than yesterday. The workout seems to be getting easier. I'm able to do wayyyy more pushups heheh
    Day 4: I only took a 10 second break once through the whole workoutttt which means I'm ALMOST able to do it all in one go!!
    Day 5: Break day
    Day 6: I finally finished the whole workout! It was difficult tho
    Day 7: no breaks but a little easier

    YOOO im 14, I did this for a week and a few days (not everyday, like 3-4 days off in total. But it got so easy! IM SO HAPPY. I havent seen improvement in my arms but it did get easier! im not worried about my weight but more about how I look. Im not stopping here, lets do this

    After a few weeks of trying to get in shape, I was just finally able to make it all the way through one of these videos!!! I'm still slower than Pamela for sure and still have a ways to go, but I made it through and that's progress so I'm beyond happy abt it!!

    Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich den 1. Workouttag so gut hinbekomme. Es ist mega anstrengend die 3 Workouts hintereinander zu schaffen, aber es ist gerade so machbar für mich. Also perfekt !!! :)

    I love this particular workout because she just selected and structured the exercises so perfectly. Always two hard ones and then to lighter ones to let you regenerate a little bit. And always targeting one muscle group in one block. Thank you champ

    I have been doing this exercise for about 3 weeks now, and the results are amazing! I couldn’t do a single push-up my whole entire life but now push ups (on my knees) are just so easy, I can do it for 30 seconds without rest!
    Good luck to those who are doing this 🧚‍♂️

    im literally addicted to your videos!! its so annoying in other workout videos, when they talk over exercises that are very basic, yours have great, motivating music and are easy to follow, without listening to a bunch of talk, keep it up! : )

I did this workout three times a week for 3 months (December, January, Februar) and I've seen results even after one month and now after three even more and I'm really thankful and satisfied what my arms look like now :D I already recommended and shared this video to my friends

    I loove your 10 min workouts!! They help soo much, even though I'm dying everytime, but I feel so good after I did it! I also do the booty, sixpack and morning workout, I switch them up during the week. I hope someday I am able to do a push-up perfectly xD

    I do athletics (speed), i made all this workout with in advanced mode, not stopping; it burned a lot but was really great. I'll do it often after my sprints, greetings
