Loved this work out, To the point. I'm 65 and having to keep up with the muscle loss that can happen so quickly at this age. Keeping my self tuned up with Pamela is wonderful. Thank you Pamelia and Cory. IT shows how different men and women move. How did you like those flappy birds Cory? LOL

Guys less than one week into this challenge and I already can feel my arms being stronger, and trust me, my arms have been weak for all my life, i couldn't even do 10 pushups without my arms shaking, and now i can see my muscles growing and i'm starting to feel stronger.
