    I already love the 10minutes Boobs & Back, so happy to see a workout more focused on the arms and in that style of training 😁 Plus I can enjoy the Maldives Sea while slowly transforming my arms in jelly 😂☀️ thank you Pamela for another amazing workout! You really change lives everyday ❤️

    I've been going to the gym for one year but this 10 min workout turned my arms into jelly!

    Really enjoyed this workout. Only Pam's workouts makes me feel every muscle during it, which is not working if I am going to gym group trainings. Really happy to feel that my body is working with Pam workouts.

    Ich hatte mein ganzes Leben immer nur Nudelarme und seitdem ich deine Armworkouts mache,hat sich genau das verändert. Natürlich sind meine Arme immernoch dünn xD (Hat ja auch was mit Ernährung zu tun),aber sportlich dünn und das sieht man beim anspannen. Also danke Pam!

    Omg this is so much harder then it looks! I go to gym for a year now and work on my upper body strength, but it turns that I forgot to also train my endurance... I'll start doing this time to time to improve endurance because it's awful!

    I'm doing this workout after my fullbody workout and i love it. I feel every muscle in my arms after doing it. There's only one exercise i don't like that much, but I'm doing in this time another exercise and it's perfect for me.

    Monday- did abs workout
    Tuesday- did booty and thigh workout with sore belly
    Wednesday- did arms workout with sore belly and thighs
    Thursday- stretching changed everything

    Apparently I have really weak arms. I’ve never struggled more on any of your workouts 😂 I started getting cramps in my left shoulder on the third move and believe me, I’ve got cramps only when I was pregnant :D
