Aaah it‘s the first time i completed the whole workout without a break! I just started doing this workout for a month and in the beginning i failwd at almost every exercise! I‘m not trying to brag but i just want to tell you that you can do it. You just have to work hard and you‘ll achieve your goals. I hope this can motivate someone to work hard and not to give up. Havvanur Coskun nicht wirklich. Aber ich sag mal, da ich vorher nicht unfit war überrascht es mich nicht. Und ausserdem muss man ja natürlich auch die ernährung umstellen damit ein sixpack sichtbar wird um den Körperfettanteil zu reduzieren und das habe ich nicht gemacht, da es mir mehr um leistung als aussehen geht.

Silviana Ho just begin eazy with 5 seconds but not during the workout because its too hard then. When 5 seconds are too eazy then make 20. If its hard then make 20 seconds everyday and After a while it will get easier. Then you rise it slowly

Finished the throwback day and it made me realize how far I've come in my workout journey. I use to only do one or two 10 minutes or under video every so often. Now I do the 45 minutes sweat schedule. To anyone that need to hear this, don't give up, keep going you got this!!! 😊💪❤
Doing the throwback day today (Indian subcontinent)! Hopefully it isn’t as painful as it seems, as for the fitness journey, I totally agree; I did the 20 min full body intense last year for the first time and I died; now I am able to crack the 60 min hardcore plan without taking too many breaks. Pamela reif really pushed you to be your best

My waist is noticeably smaller and wayyy more toned than before😁Sometimes I get bored so I do other ab workouts but I make sure to do this one especially... Also I had one rest day...

This week I wasn't really consistent... I skipped a lot of days... My waist didn't really change because of it tho... My stomach still has its noticeable lines and my core is stronger... Like all around it's soo hard....it's just covered with a layer of fat🙃

My waist is soo much smaller!!! It feels so tiny in my hands😍... My obliques are showing beautifully... The side fat is mostly gone except for my love handles tho... That's gonna take some time but I have still have time.. So excited!! And thanks for the motivation guys❤️

I didn't eat healthier.. I only drank water/coffee... Eating my everyday food but not overeating... I didn't stop myself from eating all that deliciousness🙃... Also I didn't do cardio.. just ab workouts so I'm actually surprised by the results!!!

Soo my core is STRONG.... Like without even flexing I can feel the hardness underneath, but when I do flex it's ROCK HARD😋.. My lines are more distinct... I don't think my pooch is gonna change that much, but I'll try other workouts for it and update next week!

Ok guys... my period started this week so I did not do this workout... Someone in the comments asked about my love handles.. I forgot I also had measurements for them... 🔹Love handles...
Before: 85cm / 33, 4inch
After: 82, 5cm / 32, 4inch
My side muscles strengthened a lot and as you can see it got smaller, but there is still a bit of love handles left... I'll increase the time for the side planks for a week to see if it'll make more of a difference!!

Soo my love handles measurements stayed the same, but I have big hip dips so that's the reason why my love handles looks so much bigger compared to my waist (I didn't really take my body shape into account when trying to reduce measurements)... And also after feeling around, I don't really have a lot of fat there soo (for me) I actually have the right amount of fat on my hips... I don't wanna lose anymore centimeters so I'm happy with it😁 So yess I have lost my love handles ig🙃

I have to say I'm SOO HAPPY!!! My stomach is TONED UP! I really wish I could post a picture cause the before and after is totally crazy!! My stomach is definitely smaller and the muscles underneath is VERY VERY HARD... The lines are more prominent and the middle one runs all the way through now!! BUUUUTTT without a proper diet my skin isn't going to get tighter and my abs aren't going to show!!! Soo if you wanna look like chloe ting one day... EAT HEALTHY!!
Also remember: not everyone is built the same... Your body may take longer to show results or it may never get as small as another person's... Never give up because of it tho!! I always did abs for 2 weeks and then gave up because there were no results, but look!!! 2 months!! And it's the best my stomach has ever been!

i've tried doing this workout for a few weeks but ended up doing it 3 times. but since we're in quarantine it's gonna be a lot easier becuase i have time. i'm also gonna do a slimmer leg workout. ( i'm doing this for 30 days )
height: 176 cm/ 5'9
Weight: about 60 kg/ 131-132 pounds
goal: 58 kg.
day 1: the leg workout i did was quite easy so i gave me to the max with this workout. My belly feels kinda of normal but my arms are so sore. I love everything in this workout except the planks ( i really hate planks lol )
day 2: my arms are sore again. This workout is really making me sweat (which i love, since it must mean i've done something ) I was so tired today 'cause i had online class this morning and I went to bed at 4 am ( couldn't sleep lol ) obvously no result yet.
day 3: i just came home from my grandparents horse that i ride 2 times a week ( today was one of the days ) pretty much the same as the other days.
day 4: oh god this is so hard jesus christ. The planks are definitely my biggest challenge. I'm starting to get the first 5 minutes under control, but the rest are sooo hard. But i already lost 1 kg ( and i eat everything i want. If you have a goal and really want to loose weight you should definitely go down on the sugar. But i'm doing this because i just want to see what i'm able to and try and change a little bit :)
Day 5: this is still hard af.
Day 6: I was riding the horse again today and she took a lot of my energi - still did this tho. didn't go all in but i'm just happy that i did it.
day 7: today i also did 2 leg workouts. I feel like i'm getting better with the planks but they're still hard af.
day 8: i added 5 new videos to my daily workout - but atm i'm focusing a lot on legs which means i'm only gonna do this every second day. i'll still update when i do this :)
day 9: as i said before, i'm only gonna do this every second day. But today was the day so here i am. I'm feeling stronger in the planks ( still a few breaks in between which is totally fine!) my belly has gotten so much flatter

Y’all I’ve done this workout everyday for about 2 months and it’s no joke that IT WORKS!!!!! I tried chloe Ting, and I just never felt it as hard as with Pamela!!! Obviously each time I do it, it still hurts like hell but I see serious results guys

snow white I honestly kind of eat whatever I want! I eat pretty healthy anyway, but I have quite the sweet tooth. I have always avoided fast food and soda however. That’s how I know the workout works because I haven’t changed anything in my diet since doing it :)

Who is still sweating with Pam in 2023 ?? After doing other people’s workouts for years I started creating my own. For me my own workouts are the most fun and unique. If you have a little energy left after this workout, it would mean a lot to me of you try one of my workouts too.

I finished the Chloe Ting 2 weeks abs program like 15days ago.
I did Alexis Ren 10min abs workout once a day for 3 days, and than twice a day for 4 more days.

If you feel that your neck hurts it's probably because you're putting the weight on it. When you are getting your upper body up (i.e crunches) focus the weight on your abdomen, not on your neck.

I've been doing this workout everyday (ofc with an occasional lazy break) for over a year now. And I don't even remember how my stomach looks without the abs from this workout. @@syanobakteeri at my leanest I did see the 6 pack quite good, especially when I flexed. It took me about a month or so to see results, plus I made a few changes to the work out to fit in with the muscles I wanted more defined (also took them from her other ab workout videos) I do most of the work out with her in this vid, maybe like 80%, but I switched thouse that focused on the obliques + plus they were bad on my shoulders. But thank you, and it will take a while to adjust and see results though. I wish you luck if you stick to it.

I feel like everyone commenting that chloe ting workouts didn’t work but pamela’s did, your body got stronger with chloe’s workouts and pamela’s slightly harder workout toned you! Like opening a pickle jar after all your siblings tried really hard at opening it before you... it was loosened! :)

That’s exactly how I feel! I would NOT be able to do any of Pamela’s workouts had I not done Chloe Ting’s workouts first. The biggest difference I’m noticing right away is that Chloe has breaks and everyday kinda incorporates the whole body, and Pamela has no breaks and has more days that focus solely on one part of the body. I’m glad I’m doing the 30 minute a day schedule though because Chloe’s 15 Day Intense Core Challenge DRAINED me.

I’ve been doing this workout for 3 months and this is something you’ll want to know....
The first time i did this workout it was painful. I never felt so out of shape in my life but my goals were high and I stayed consistant. After about 3 weeks they started getting a bit easier and I didn’t have to stop and take breaks in between workouts. I learned that breathing right is key to getting the best results when working on your abs. Now that it’s 3 months later, I’ve lost 12 pounds by eating right, doing this workout everyday and some cardio on the side. This workout won’t give you a six pack but will definitely give you the abs you desire. Keep on doing this and you’ll receive the results you want. It’s no pain no game.
So you get abs but do you actually lose some fat on your stomach or is it just abs on top of a puffy belly 😩 also where else do you lose weight
Tamy Hope well u do get abs on ur belly and above and you don’t necessarily lose alot of weight but your belly does get flat over a period of time. Ive been doing this workout for about 6 days and ive been changing from once per day to twice per day but im going to stick to once per day

@@tamyhope5441 soooo I learned in anatomy and also from some research that we have a few layers in our abdomen. There is our rectus abdominis, which is basically what we'd call six pack abs, internal oblique and external oblique, and your transverse abs which is the layer underneath all that. Some of the exercises in this video target your transverse abs, which bc it is underneath will tighten your core and pull it in, making your stomach look a little less pooF. And then some exercises also target your obliques and rectus abdominis. HOWEVER-- your muscles and fat are two separate things, so while you may strengthen your core and seem like you are loosing a little belly, it is probably just your core pulling in and also may boost your metabolism since it will get stronger. But you have to do cardio to lose fat since that is different and separate from muscle.

I thought I was gonna do this once and never again because it was "too hard" but i've honestly done this every single day for the past 1 week, and I feel like it gets easier each day. I remember a few years ago I did this workout 2 times a day for a few months straight, and I got a 4-pack (in addition with a few varied exercises). I haven't been consistent with exercising for a while and my muscle mass has gone down, so now I'm doing this workout again, hopefully up to twice a day eventually. Out of all the workout videos I tried, Pamela's always kill your muscles in the best way. Trust me when I say you'll get results from this workout, because you will. The better you get, maybe incorporate weights or focus better on your technique when doing the workout. I'm re-visiting this workout to get back to my goal with my core strength. If I can do it, you can do it. Keep pushing towards your goal! Don't be discouraged now, remember that you are building your muscles and strength! :)

@@charleighzillweger7207 the best way to lose fat is a caloric deficit. these workouts build muscle but dont burn fat because they are not high aerobic cardiovascular activities. Cardio will burn fat faster than these workouts.

Cardio just because it’s good for your heart and mostly strength training to build muscle. When your skinny fat, you are skinny, you don’t usually need to lose weight, you need to gain strength and build muscle.

I have been doing it for a little over two weeks, resting two days a week and now I am seeing incredible results. My ribs are smaller and my waist is much smaller. There are also some more marked lines.
i've tried chloe ting's, alexis ren's, and sami clarke's 10 minute ab workouts each for 2 weeks, im now gonna try this one for 2 weeks and update you on the most effective one in my opinion!
update: In just two weeks of using this workout I've lost almost an inch off my waist! Pamela's was the hardest one in my opinion (those side planks PHEW) but also the most effective one (really helped with my lower abs) and Alexis ren's was also really effective, especially in toning (lost 0.5 inch off my waist). I didn't see that much of a dramatic difference in chloe ting's or sami clarke's but I do know people who have seen results from theirs. I think Chloe ting's ab workout has more cardio implemented so it'd be good if you have more of a fat layer covering your abs (although ngl it did make my figure more rectangular :/) while pamela, alexis, and sami clarkes' are really effective in toning abs.

Sie macht die Übungen oft so, dass sie einem nicht so schwer fallen. Damit bescheisst sie sich nur selbst. Allerdings ist ihr Kraft-Gewichtsverhältnis gut.

Day one: WoW that was hard! It felt like each if the exercises weren't very long but there were so many!! the planks KILLED ME. My abs are so tired now.
Ok so after this I was crazyy motivated so i decided to also do a madfit workout and now I'm even more tired lmao. I'll go on tomorrow!
Day two; Second day here we go! Im going to do this workout and then go for a walk with my mum. Btw I hate the music in this video hahahah.
Okay just finished it it was really hard and I'm panting rn but it was worth it. The side planks at really hard on my arma even tho I flex my abs! This one was harder than yesterday because I focused a lot on engaging my core if you do that it's a lot harder. Can't wait to do it tomorrow!
Day three: I think this one went by faster! Obviously I can't see results yet but I feel great and accomplished even if I just did this for three days. I still have to get down from the plank every thirty seconds tho
Day four: heyy today im sooo un a rush but im going to do I anyway just not going to write so much!
Day five: today I tried to really do It properly as yesterday was a crazy day. My abs hurt so much hahaha

Day 8: WoW today was so good! It was the first time I was able to do all the planks without getting out of the position except for the last 15 secs on the spider thing. I think I see results, my abs are kinda coming through and my stomach is flatter.
Day 9: dude today was just... I was able to go through the WHOLE wo without ANY BREAKS. NOT EVEN IN THE PLANKS. I went straight from the normal plank to the Spider thing without lying on the floor or anything I feel so strong!!! My abs look SO DIFFERENT too. I think they haven't looked this good in months.
As you can see this is going to be longer than one week! Honestly I'm so proud of myself just for getting here. I did the workout for 9 days (including a rest day) giving my all to it. Of course I want to keep going because the results are honestly amazing! This next 3 weeks I'm having exams like everyday so I might take some rest days but I really want to keep goinggg. If you are thinking about trying it don't think more just go ahead and workout! Your body will be thanking you later with some abs sticking out.
Day 10: yay it didn't burn today , I was really slouchy and took lots of breaks but I did it! It was just that I didn't have much time today.
Day 11: I did it a lot better today and I think my results are even better I can clearly see the líne in my stomach it's great. I want to keep going to see how far I can get!
Day 12: I took a break today! Didn't have any time. It's going to be great tomorrow.

@@santabarbara5301 ooh dw at all! well yeah they're showing! the peak day for me in terms of abs was friday, bc i ate lot of sweets in the weekend hahah honestly i eat anything iwant trying to avoid lots of sugar in the workdays but i've been eating a bit worse these past days and i kinda see it in the results. I'm going to try to get back on track again, what works best for me is no chocolate, biscuits... from monday to friday and in the weekend i let myself eat whatever. i get great results if i do that plus this workout.
I only do it once a day and only this! that's why it's impressive hahahaa I'm thinking of doing some cardio to get more definition but for now this works amaing.

To everyone looking for a review: this seriously works really well! A week ago I was looking for an ab workout to get abs fast so i could impress my crush, we’re going to go swimming next Tuesday (wish me luck lol). I didn’t actually think this would work because I tried many workouts before that never helped. However, after a week I could see serious change! I did this workout twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) and after a week it was easier and easier to get through it and now I can actually see some abs, I’ll definitely keep on doing this and would recommend it to anyone!☺️

I`m a little overweight~ so i was searching for some okay-i-can-take-it workouts, and TH-cam gave me this. I fell in love with Pamela instantly, she have such a strong and calm aura, it helps so much and making me feel stronger somehow :D I started with abs only for a few days and then added arms and booty ones, witch gives me 30 min workout in total + 30 min cardio afterwards. Its been 2 weeks since i started and ooooh man! Ive lost around 2 kg IN JUST 2 WEEKS witch is a lot for me! While dieting i was only able to loose like 2 per month! Also i feel much stronger, i can now almost easily go through 30 min workout. Yes, its hard and sweaty, but it feels so rewarding, specially coz i can see my results. And i can do actual push-ups now haha :D
P.S. Sorry for any mistakes in my English, im still learning. Much love from Russia :)

I have been doing this workout everyday for the last 3.5 weeks with another workout video and holy hell!!!! It works. I had a baby and I couldn’t get rid of my mommy belly. Every time I would sit there were rolls like non other. And I couldn’t wear tight tops because my belly would stick out so far. I was getting so depressed about it till I started doing something about it. Yesterday I walked through the mall with a crop top for the first time. Obviously I do cardio an hour a day and eat super healthy with this workout routine and I lost 8 pounds. My tummy is gone completely!!!!!! I just have to work a bit more on the muffin top. This video is the best!!!!!!!!! I recommended it to all my friends after they saw my waist line. Can you do videos on love handles please!! Lol

Back in September of 2019 I did this 3-4 times a week and saw amazing results by the end of October!! My stomach was the slimmest its ever been and I looked so good.. I currently started doing this workout again along with the Chloe Ting ab workout everyday for the past month and I HAVE ABS!!!!!! Just keep with it and the results will come 😌

Okay so I started a 15-day challenge of this workout three days ago and now I got the idea to tell you about my results. I will update every day (I promise)! My goal is - obviously - to get abs and even more impoortantly to come through the whole workout without breaks.
Height: 163 cm
Weight: 47,5 kg (fluctuates a lot though)
Waist measurement: 62,5 cm ; flexed: 61,5 cm
Hip/Lower Belly: 72 cm ; flexed: 70 cm

DAY 1✔: The workout was sooo tough! I barely got through and the time just would not go by, but I made it and I am proud even though I had to make many breaks!
DAY 2✔: It was still veeery hard, but the beginning was a bit easier... I still had to take a lot of short breaks or even stop the video for a bit, especially in the planking part!
DAY 3✔: Today was so much easier!! Up to the plank part I did not take a single break, but after that I am still quite bad... But I am happy about the mini progress. Also I can see the lines around my abs after the workout.
DAY 4✔: Noticed some progress again! It feels like I can really concentrate on the movements and how to do them correctly now! I got through like yesterday, but failed the plank part again...
DAY 5✔: I decided to do Alexis Rens Ab Workout beforehand, which I surprisingly got through without any break. But afterwards my Abs hurtes so bad, that I could only do half of the workout. I honestly do not mind it too much! Also I see some visible changes now! The sides of my waist feel slimmer and I can slightly see that line in the middle.
DAY 6: I think my abs needed a break today, so instead of training them I did a quick Back Workout and Gabriella Whiteds 12 Minute Butt Workout 🏋️♀️ and I liked it so I might continue doing it regularly! But tomorrow I will continue the challenge for sure 😉
DAY 7✔: MILESTONE Today I finished the workout with only one 10 sec break!!! I am definentely getting closer to my goals.
DAY 8✔️: REST DAY because I went on a demo and it was suuuper exhausting 😦
DAY 9✔️: Did it 💪🏼
DAY 10✔️: Did it again, with a few breaks and this time it felt super hard again 😣 It was fun though 🤪

Hahah I do this workout on a yoga mat and it kept stretching and I would fall over....such a pain
