    किती छान समजावलंस !! फार चांगली माहीती आहे ही.मला आज कळलं की मी पन्नाशीत पण का फिट आहे!कधीच डाएट केलं नाही पण अती खाल्लं नाही.शतावरी, आळीव,मेथी कधीच खाणं बंद केलं नाही.तुझी माहीती खूप गरजेची आहे आजच्या मुलींसाठी.खूप खूप आभार!!

    Mam I don't understand Marathi however it was like a soothing song listening to you I could make out a little bit what you are talking about caz you were using english,and it was a bit sanskrit and hindi mix so I was understanding a little bit..Mam today it was different I try to see all your videos..somehow I really feel so attracted to you..you are my Guru and i have been trying to implement your food discipline in my life..I pray to God that someday I can see you in person.
