Jacob, thanks for this great video. As a high school teacher, I am very proud of you personally and professionally in that you taught us so well. You are a role model for young gay people everywhere. It takes courage for you to put yourself out there as you have done; you have no idea of how many lives you are saving by your videos. Thank you!

Hi Jacob...I love all your vids and it is clear you have a lot of fans, me included! Of the literally hundreds of videos I have watched and enjoyed created by younger gay guys, yours is the first I have run across that paid tribute to the forefathers of our movement at Stonewall. I have a personal connection to the events in NY in the summer of '69 and your tribute reduced me to tears. I'll be damned, there are kids who do care!! Thank-you for that and thank-you for your service to our nation. You are a man of high integrity, bravery and honesty, and I honor you. All the best!

I just watched your video a year ago and this one today, it was really a transformation. You're more outgoing, energetic and social. I'm really proud and amazed at your situation. I've been out since high school but but it still takes me some time to get used to a lot of things. I'm still the same shy kid 6 years ago....So bravo to you!!

Awesome video! So glad I took the time to check it, and your channel, out.
Had to comment for the sign language interpreter on the Stonewall stage. Last time I went to London Pride I noticed it there too and I thought it was so great to see that Pride was about being open for EVERYONE.
    Keep up the good work!

That is what I love about events like this! They try their best to be as inclusive as possible! It really is about bringing the community together to celebrate as one. :) Thanks for checking it out too!!

so very proud of my gay brothers and sisters, we have come so far and made so much progress in this war with the haters, but as a people we have come so far and have so much more to do...never stop fighting, never back down.

If you haven't already seen it, I highly recommend the documentary "Stonewall Uprising" - it's a very moving look at the whole context surrounding the riots as well as their consequences. I'm pretty sure it's still available to stream from the PBS website.

Young gays should learn about their history! It's truly shocking how far we have come in such a "short time"! so much to be proud of!

Thank you very much. :) Comments like yours mean so much to me. Also, thank you for being a voice of equality in the classroom. As a teacher you have profound influence in our LGBT youth's lives, I wish I had a teacher in high school who would have told me it was ok to be gay like I am sure you do with your young adults. So thank you!

Thanks for the Stonewall explanation... it is nice t see someone reference significant historical events. Please be sure to fully familiarize yourself with ALL of gay history including Harvey Milk, the significance of the death of Matthew Shepard, and other people and events that set the stage for where we are today. The sacrifices of yesterday paved the way for the rights we enjoy today.
Please also honor those who gave their lives in the face of homophobia, whether at the hands of another, or their own.

What an amazing video that you have done here. On June 29th 2013 I went to my vary first gay pride parade. It was an amazing experience for me. Something that I will never forgot as long as I live. And I can't wait until next year's 2014 Houston Gay Pride Parade.
When you spend 99% of your life surrounded by mostly straight people. Were it's easy to feel alone. For me at lease it's nice to be among other LGBT people. Were I'm not the only gay person around. And I can feel a sense of belonging.

What were we thinking???? DUUH !!!
Maybe that you experienced bottoming for the first time and thought God had given you a special dispensation. If you haven't tried it, DO. Being versatile enhances any relationship because it allows both parties to be on parity with each other.
