So need clarifications. Had shoulder dislocation few months back so afraid of hitting weights again. Also i have had knee injury leading to surgery in 2021. So cant do high impact knee exercises. As of now i do 18km of road biking ( cyclr chalata hoon) everyday and 6km of walk. How would you recommend me to get healthier. I manage my calories intake of about 1800 to 1900. Yes its not protein dense yet but i am eating home cooked less to no oil meals
2 mahine ho gye hai workout start kiye hue,ab jaakar sirf 2 kg wt kam hua hai, mein junk food bilkul nhi leti, food requirement se kam kha leti hu par zyada nhi Note -workout Start karne ke ek week baad se hi mere leg mein pain hona start ho gya, inner pain hai vase feel nhi hota par koi bhi cardio karne ke baad jab feel krke dekhti hu to pain hota hai isliye mene cardio karna band kar diya tha par ab jab wt lose nhi hua to dobara start kar diya.kya karu plz kuch help kare🙏
Bhai approx 2 years hone wale h, 71 weight h, diet bhi thik h intense exercise bhi ache karta hu, protein intake bhi 90-100gm rehta h, 5-10k steps bhi chalta hu but pet kam nhi ho raha kya karu
