I'm doing all of this but I just can't get any sort of reasonable texture with almond. I'm using a barista one. Have no issues with dairy or oat but this is driving me insane. I end up with hot runny almond milk but with huge bubbles on the top
This was happening to me too. One thing that has worked for me is slightly reducing the steam pressure, but I still have bubbles larger than I would like.
Beginner here so forgive my ignorance. Genuinely seeking an answer. How is this any different from regular milk other an extra second of letting in rips of air ?

Some almond milks are just really shit to work with. If you haven’t tried Milk Lab I’d say give it a go, it’s by far the best I’ve used.

Just watched the video and was about to ask the same thing. All the steps are the same.
Where can I buy that thermometer?
Genius! Cool Video at all 🎉
Could you pls do one for coconut milk if it’s any different than oat or soy? I love the coconut milk coffee combo but my latte art is … horrific 😱
Good, but how do I do it without a coffee machine with steam
That guy looks familiar?
