    Your back literally makes the shape of a butterfly! So beautiful! I’m ready for my transformation! I’m 3 weeks in my healthy eating and workout journey I’m so proud of myself! Thank you! This workouts help me to embrace my femininity, sexiness and softness . It’s different then just regular working out!

    I love how much I feel this workout - even without weights. I’ve been doing this even while waiting for laundry to dry at the laundromat.

    This small and inconspicuous workout is currently part of my daily exercise routine. It really packs a punch! I've been doing it for about two weeks now and can see significant strengthening and toning in my upper back. So thank you for uploading this video, I really like some of your exercises!

    Oh goodness that was unexpectedly hard! It was a real arm workout for me, my biceps are killing me afterwards 😅

    Would love to see more full body 30 to 50 minutes body that incorporates cardio and strength and flexibility. Been doing your workouts for almost a year and still find them challenging and effective.

    I like the posture what not to do and then showing us what to do. The body suit really shows all the back muscles at work, Good workout.

    The way that these exercises are so simple but keeping the right posture made it a lot harder, like you said! But it felt sooo good tho❤

    This is my second time doing this!
    And I promise I've done so many workouts in my life but never was satisfied that much!
    It burns a lot at some point I was ready to give up on my wings 🪽😅

      I love this workout. I am muscular but somehow have back fat. I love how well defined your back is and how simple this is. I think, hope, this will help me be more graceful, have a better toned back and forearms.

      Regina Phalange I would definitely try it without first and see how you feel. Some really light wrist weights might work a bit better 👍🏼

    Question, whenever I actually put my shoulders back and do anything in that position, it feels like my shoulder blades are grating against something else and its very uncomfortable.
    I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong but can somebody tell me what to change?
