Mr. Haas projects great energy through these workouts. It pushes you to work harder and keep at it, even if you struggle. For example, some of the flexibility challenges and the speed of the kicks may be a challenge starting out, but you keep working at it and suddenly you're able to keep pace with the music in the background! Please keep these workouts coming!
I go to Krav Maga twice a week and this workout/training is the perfect supplement. Grateful to have it as it keeps me in the right training during the term breaks and holidays!
