Excelent training !!! I have to congratulate you. One of the only trainers that pay right attention to timing, the air emphasis, water use, resting moments, streaching, starting movements, right cautions for begginers... Just perfect !! congrats again from Argentina
Awesome!!! I begrudgingly did 2 rounds. Very challenging, and works every muscles of the lower body. I had to give up running after 40 years of it, but despise the treadmill and cardio machines. The jumps were the caveats. I hate them and love them at the same time. They gave me motivation to perfect them. Kevin, you are a great instructor with a calm demeanor, who gives easy and simple demos. I am not a fan of complicated exercise routines. I would rather do simple, effective and challenging routine like this. THUMBS UP. You just got a new fan:)
This...is....one of the most killer workouts ive done in a looooong time (a year??) I didn't even complete it because I'm coming back from tendon? Torn bicep muscle? Injury ;)) so happy I found another coach to follow.

my thoughts exactly. These drills, warm ups, stretches and conditioning are incorporated in the weekly KM classes I go to. This is a high quality workout that provides the right training for good self defense.
I agree with Jo Jo, however you could go higher depending on how hard you push yourself, you could do the same thing and just cheat and be slow and burn a lot less
