Absolutely fantastic bike. I had my driver's license course done on this, previously riding on a 125cc bike and I was absolutely amazed on how easy this thing handles. One of the best if not the best bike to pick for a new rider.
I got Older wanted a Lighter Bike with a Bit of Low Down Mid Range power And found the Z650 Just Perfect Good Fun, sweet Handling and not Heavy on Fuel 60 + MPG The Higher Seat works for Taller Riders And Kawasaki do a Screen that Helps Deflect wind on Longer Journeys
Thank you very much for your kind review! It is indeed a lovely bike. I have had mine for two years now and have not had any negative experiences with it. It is very efficient on fuel, as I am doing a lot of commuting in the city and easily get 70-80 mpg.😊
I did my test on an early one of these 🙂 Lovely engine and it handled great, but at 6ft2 I found it very cramped after an hour in the saddle and more over, I found the one I rode very vibey - as did the guy I did my test with. I found my hands became numb from the vibrations after about an hour - but I will concede that that might have been due to the bike being fitted with a drop cage. Moving from that to my CBR600f was bliss - the CBR was far smoother and the four cylinder engine was an absolute gem.
thanks for stopping by my friend and thank you for the comment. I've decided to give TH-cam an actual proper go and have some exciting content coming up over the next couple weeks I hope. Would be great to see you come on the journey with me:-) hope to see you in th next one :-)

Nice review m8e, it sounds like an awesome all-rounder or great beginner bike. I want to ask though... I've just watched you first ride on the bike, hands shaking, holding on for dear life, low revs, shifting early etc. It's to be expected. My question is this, if you grabbed a handful on day one like you would now, do you think you could have managed the power and acceleration, or do you think you would've panicked and crashed? The reason I ask, I did that. Went full throttle on a nice straight road and came damn close to crashing into a wall at the side of me. I obviously realise now that was a silly thing to do. It took me a while to get used to the performance of a bike, a thing only time and experience will teach. BTW my first big bike was the brand new SV650 black naked in 1999. Awesome bike. For anyone who's about to start riding, don't do what I did. Take you're time. Even a nice gentle beginner bike like an SV650 or Z650 will beat almost any car on the planet to 100mph. Are you ready for that?
So true man - it really is a great bike… personally I think a z650 was the right choice for me personally. It’s a balanced bike with a balanced motor - it can do it all sort of thing.

I have the 2020 Z650 and Love it for long distance rides. I don't have any problem with the vibrations. It is a parallel motor and these motors run that way.
After a year of experience (and 14k km) with this bike, I am absolutely in love with it. It was the perfect choice for me. The vibrations are not serious and it's fun to ride :)
Has the 2024 Z650 changed in any way compared to the previous iterations and does it command enough road presence to buy one? What’s with the speedometer when you take it down the road? It doesn’t show the speed, but rather a smorgasbord of numbers

Excellent! Good vdo. Thank's.
I'm wondering if motor vibration is problematic during longer trips or if one can adjust to it?

How would it do for a 2 hr commute? Will it be healthy for it to be going 80-90 for extended times or would it be pushing the motor a little to much?
Great video woohoo ❤

really thinking about getting one of these... what does it top out at ?
they are fantastic bikes - highly recommend them
120mph. fast enough to see the maker lol. I have 2017 one. it is a quick bike. beginner friendly. 0 to 60mph in 3.8 seconds and that is quick.
You didn't even mention what year the bike is anywhere in your video 😅
No, is a fantastic bike.
Cheers dude
Does it vibrate or 4-6 RPM ?
What shoes are those??
What bag is that on the back?

will that bike do 120mph?
that is about its top speed. maybe lil over that not much tho.
the top speed of a 2023 z650 to my knowledge is about 130-135@@moxigen
@@TheRealRazzyDazzy well it gets you to 120 quite quick, but than it is a pain. i never did 130.
Lol
124mph is the fastest I've seen one go
❤😂🎉
