    If I had the tools I would do this. I went to a place and asked what they would charge to put 2 tires on my 50 cc TaoTao.They gave me a price of over 400 smackers. I am retired on a fixed income so that price will take food off my table. Does 400 bucks sound right to you guys?

    I replaced the front a rear tires on my bike a couple months ago. The front and rear rims are the same size. Tje replacement tires are the same size. But, I had a very difficult time getting the rear tire on the rear rim. I had a difficult time seating the bead on the rear. I think it needs to be re fitted because the tire is tapered now. I don't know what's going on with that tire. Both tires are new. I've been trying to adjust the rear shocks to compensate for the rubbing.

    The tools alone would be over $20. And it needs man handle work, if not serious brute force not using any pressing machines. Here’s a thought... why not just uninstall the tire and take it to a tire shop? Cost less and done in less timing. Also it’s not like you need to service your tire every now and then, it’s something u do every 8,500 miles or every 2 years or when u c ur marks finishes... btw I almost gave u credit for actually doing something right for a change until you said you followed another video...

      Kachi's Kid I admire ur devotion to get the job done the best way u know how. That’s how I start when I was younger n that’s what made me peek interest at ur vids. Not that I need them but what u do next with the next tutorial. Some of the infos I kept, but I don’t “need” them or use them. I’m waiting for u when u finally cross that border, I’ll show u what a real GY6 looks like with upgraded harness, lights, clutch and proper mileage maintenance. STOCK all the way but efficient.

    • @kachiskid
      @kachiskid  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks bro, but there is no way your bike will keep up with mine. Just stay tuned, we are on are way to 70 this season. Let it be known though, that no one loves there bike more than I do mine. It is truly custom done by my hands, I gotta say for my 1st gy6 project....not bad. I didn't even know what a gy6 was 4 years ago, then though a lot of research and help from others we are here. So I have to pay that knowledge forward the best way I know how. I'll be damned if I go into a shop and they can't service me because my bike is Chinese, call the police cause we got a problem..lol. Tell them what, I GOT THIS! Proper mileage is overrated to the looks I get when I take off at the light.....zzzzzzzooooooooommmmm. Plus running an A14 cam, wait until I drop the A9. Parts are meant to age and be replaced, OEM, come on man, live a little.

    • @HDMotorProduction
      @HDMotorProduction 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kachi's Kid lol another similarity we have in common that starts us doing our own mechanical works. N I already did everything u have done... But the only difference is, I did it for 1 year off camera n upgrade to 250cc which is the now year.
